Given the nature of digital content that can be downloaded instantly after making a purchase, there is no “trial period” or “grace period” after purchasing a subscription or product, which means that all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to “return” it. As such, we cannot provide refunds unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you in a detrimental way. <\/p>\n

But we may, in our reasonable discretion, decide whether your use of GPLClub complies with these terms. We may suspend or terminate your subscription account at any time for any reason (acting reasonably, of course), including: <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

      No refunds will be provided to customers who have had their accounts terminated. Examples of reasons for termination may include: <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • Abusive behavior and\/or excessive negativity towards our staff and\/or other customers.<\/li>\n
    • Repeated defamatory, malicious and\/or false statements, including defamation against us and\/or attempts to persuade potential customers not to purchase our products.<\/li>\n
    • Promotion of competitor’s products, contribution to software piracy, piracy, spamming or illegal acts.<\/li>\n

We do not provide our own accounts for these services nor can we guarantee their 100% stability, as we have no control over Envato Elements or Freepik. Our service on these plans focuses on the GPL products, which we can guarantee. <\/p>\n

      Access to Envato Elements and Freepik is offered solely as a bonus and gift from us, but are not an integral part of the plan. If Envato Elements or Freepik take action that prevents us from continuing to offer their service, we will no longer be able to provide it on the available plans; however, we will not remove them of our own volition. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
