The Newsletter Contact Form 7 Plugin listens to form submissions and checks if the visitor requested to subscribe, it extracts their email and starts a regular subscription process (with a confirmation email if the newsletter is set in double opt-in subscription mode). You must teach Newsletter how to match the contact form fields with the standard subscriber fields, see below. The quick way:- Change your contact form by adding a checkbox: [checkbox newsletter "Subscribe to my newsletter"] (if you haven't already)
- In this extensions admin panel, find all CF7 contact forms and select the one you want to integrate
- Edit the form integration settings and match the form fields with subscriber fields
- Pay special attention to the email field and the subscription indicator field.
