Does it work for fields that are not from ACF?

Yes, as long as the data is stored as metadata in a custom field. The custom field column is used for that.

Does it only work with posts?

No. Besides posts, pages and custom post types, it works on the users, comments, media and taxonomy tables.

Do I need to code anything?

No. Columns, filters and settings are configured from a visual interface.

Can I show a repeater field?

Yes, a specific subfield or all of them. See the last section for the limitation.

Repeater: filtering, editing and sorting require choosing a single subfield

If you show all the subfields of a repeater, the column is good for reading, but filtering, editing and sorting only work when you select a single subfield. Also, this plugin works on the admin list tables: it does not change what visitors see, and the export includes what your screen shows, not a full copy of the database.
