Your product list does four jobs with the same columns

One day you add items, another you review stock, another you prepare a sale and another you fix SEO. WooCommerce shows you the same table for all of it, with very little information about each product. So you open a product, check one detail, go back to the list and repeat.

Adding more columns helps little if they all share one screen: the table fills up and nobody reads it. What saves time is having one list per task, with only the data that task asks for. This add-on takes that idea to products, orders and customers: you save column sets for each job and filters to return to the exact group of records, such as products low on stock or those with no image.

Products and prices: see, find and fix without opening each one

• Columns to your needs: attributes, stock status, dimensions, weight, shipping class, upsells or custom fields. You also hide what you do not use and change the width of each column.
• Stackable filters by price, attribute, stock, SKU or custom fields.
• Saved segments, private or shared with other users, plus default sorting and filters.
• Inline and bulk editing, with no record limit, on properties, attributes, custom fields and variations.

The price wizard raises, lowers or sets the price by percentage or fixed amount, with optional rounding. The sale wizard works out the sale price from the regular price or a new one, also by percentage or fixed amount, and lets you schedule the sale. When the campaign ends, it clears all sale prices at once.

Both make sense combined with a filter: first you narrow down the affected products, then you apply the change. That filter decides which prices are touched, so review the selection before confirming.

Filter, edit and export orders and customers

For orders, you filter on any property, save segments, edit one by one or in bulk, and export. The latest note on each order shows in the list itself, can be updated from there and can be used as a filter.

For customers, you choose which data to show, search, make individual or bulk changes, and export to CSV after filtering. The integration also adds columns to the variations, coupons and subscriptions tables.

Three limits worth knowing

• A filter needs its column. To filter on a piece of data, that data must be added as a column in the view.
• A CSV is a file, not a connection. It carries data to software not connected with WordPress, but each update calls for a new export.
• Everything happens in the admin area. It changes how your team works with the lists; the shop design the customer sees stays the same.

If you turn on High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS), WooCommerce moves orders to a different screen. Admin Columns columns support that system, but review your order views after the change.

Your first working view

You need WooCommerce and Admin Columns Pro, because this add-on installs on top of that plugin. With both active, follow these steps:

1. Install and activate the WooCommerce integration add-on.
2. Pick your most repeated task and create a column set with only its data.
3. Add the columns you want to filter by and combine the filters.
4. Save the result as a segment, personal or shared.
5. Try the price wizard on a small group before using it across the catalog.

The required base and a separate grid

Admin Columns Pro is the required base and also works on posts, users and custom content types, with views you can assign to roles or specific users.

If you prefer working in a grid, Smart Manager works like a spreadsheet and lets you schedule bulk edits and undo changes.

Does it work without Admin Columns Pro?

No. It is an add-on for that plugin and needs it installed.

Can I bulk edit variations?

Yes. Inline and bulk editing cover variations, attributes and custom fields.

Can other users use my filters?

Yes. Each saved segment can stay private or be shared with other users.

Does it work if I use HPOS?

Yes. Its WooCommerce columns were rewritten for that system.
