When orders live in WooCommerce but the work happens somewhere else
Accounting wants a CSV, the warehouse wants a list to prepare shipments, the CRM needs a file it can read, and someone has to copy everything by hand every week. With few orders you can get by; with hundreds, mistakes and forgotten exports appear. Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce Pro is built for that moment: pulling order data out in the format and with the fields each recipient needs, without repeating the work.
A real walkthrough: from paid order to the report in accounting's inbox
Picture a store that needs order data every month to file taxes and, on top of that, a daily list to prepare shipments. Here is how it gets solved step by step:
- Step 1, choose the fields. You can export any custom field assigned to orders, products or coupons, not just the basic ones. Handy if your store keeps its own data in orders.
- Step 2, choose the format. CSV or XLS to work in Excel, XML or JSON if the file is going to another system that imports it.
- Step 3, save a template. Each set of fields and format is saved as a template (profile), so accounting and the warehouse each get their own.
- Step 4, schedule it. You can run the export by weekdays, at intervals (hourly, daily), on exact dates or with cron expressions.
- Step 5, decide where it goes. The result can go out by email, FTP, SFTP, an HTTP URL (webhook) or a folder on your web server. It can also go through Zapier to Google Drive, Dropbox or other storage and CRMs.
One limit to keep in mind: the destination folder belongs to the web server, not to your Mac or Windows computer. If you want the file on your machine, the usual route is to receive it by email or download it from the dashboard.
Exporting the moment an order changes status
If a paid or modified order has to reach another system right away (shipping, dropshipping, accounting), the export can be triggered when its status changes. That way you don't depend on a nightly task or on someone remembering. For cases with no rush, scheduling by time is more convenient and produces fewer loose files.

Yes. Besides full exports, you can select specific orders from the bulk actions in the WooCommerce orders list.
Does it work to connect my store to a CRM?
Yes, in two ways: sending the file to an HTTP URL or using Zapier to the CRM or storage you use. The other system must be able to receive or import the chosen format.
Can I have several different exports?
Yes, with saved templates for different sets of fields and formats.

The plugin pulls data out of orders; it is not a reporting system with charts and it does not replace your accounting software. What it does is deliver the right file, at the right time, to whoever needs it. If you need to analyze trends, the exported file is then worked on in your spreadsheet or in the tool that receives it.
