About Agatha – Creative Portfolio & Agency Elementor Template
A creative portfolio is judged on the first screen and hired on the contact page
Building the website of a studio or a freelancer often ends in one of two extremes: a generic template where projects get lost among blocks, or a custom design that drags on for months while you have nowhere to send clients. Agatha is an Elementor template kit made for that starting point: big typography and clean layouts.
The buyer is usually a small studio, an agency or an independent professional. Their usual problem is not a lack of projects, but a portfolio that shows loose images without explaining what the agency did there. That is why the kit includes a portfolio page and a project detail page, where you can tell the story of the brief and not just show the result.
The pages Agatha includes and what to know about them
It is not a theme, it is a design kit for Elementor. It contains these pieces:
- Home, About and Services, with a separate service detail page.
- Portfolio and portfolio detail, for the listing and for each case.
- Team, Pricing, Testimonials and FAQs.
- Blog and single post, plus Contact.
- 404 and Coming Soon.
- Header, footer and global styles.
It works with free Elementor, but not alone
You do not need Elementor Pro. In return, the kit depends on other plugins: Jeg Elementor Kit, used to build the header, and MetForm, for the contact form. If you already have Elementor Pro, you can skip MetForm and manage the header and footer from the Theme Builder.
The demo images are not yours
The photos you see in the demo come from Envato Elements. To use them on your site they must be licensed there; the sensible choice in a portfolio is to replace them with your own work, which is also what the client wants to see.
Questions Agatha buyers ask
Can I import it with WordPress Tools > Import?
No. That importer is for exported posts and pages. A template kit is installed with the Template Kit Import plugin, from Tools > Template Kit.
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No, it is built for the free version.
My pages do not look like the demo, what is going on?
Most of the time you skipped clicking Install Requirements or importing the global styles first. Do that before the pages.
Is it mobile and search engine friendly?
Its design adapts to different devices. Real search ranking will depend on your copy, speed and hosting, not only on the template.
What looks like an agency and what you have to supply
The kit gives you the structure, but not the arguments. An agency that shows six projects with a title and a photo competes worse than one that shows three with the problem, the process and the result. You have service and project detail pages: use them with your own copy.
Do not expect shop features, bookings or a client project system either: it is a presentation design, with a contact form and a blog.
Global styles are imported first, pages after
The order matters more than the speed. Install the Template Kit Import plugin, upload the ZIP, install the requirements and import the global styles first. Then add only the pages and parts you will use, so you do not fill the site with leftover templates.
The form is imported separately: load the MetForm template first, open the contact page, edit the form widget and insert your template from My Templates. The header is assigned from the Jeg Elementor Kit menu, with a condition for the whole site. Leave it for when everything else is ready.
