The script repeats on every project. Exporting goes fine, the file downloads whole, everything suggests the move will take ten minutes. It is on import that the wall appears: the destination server has a maximum upload size and the file weighs more. The bar stops, the screen goes blank and the new site stays half built.

That ceiling is not a plugin fault, it is a server setting you often cannot touch, especially on shared hosting. And it is exactly what this extension removes: importing stops having a size limit, so it does not matter whether the site weighs three hundred megabytes or six gigabytes.

What the official licence covers

What it does

• Exports the whole site into a single file: database, media, themes and plugins.
• Imports by dragging that file in, with no touching databases or hand-running search and replace on URLs.
• Imports with no size ceiling, which is what this extension adds over the free version.
• Saves to the cloud: more than fourteen destinations, Google Drive among them.
• Leaves a copy of every export, so the move and the backup are the same operation.

When it pays

If you move sites often. Building locally, showing on a staging domain and publishing on the final one is three moves per project, and with a mid-sized shop the server limit shows up on all of them.

If the site is already large. Above a certain size the alternative is doing it in parts with server access, and that stops being an afternoon task and becomes a technical job.

One distinction is worth being clear about, because it saves grief: this is a moving tool, not a scheduled backup system. If what you want is sleeping soundly with automatic backups and tested restores, that job belongs to the WPVivid licence. Plenty of projects end up with both pieces and neither is surplus. About licensing and the GPL

The code is distributed under the GPL licence and its use is free. Updates, support and activation against the developer's servers are separate services contracted with them. They are not the same thing, and buying one is not buying the other.
