Someone with a leak at home isn't comparing designs: they want someone who can come out now. If your site takes too long to make clear what you do, where and how to reach you, that person calls the next name on the list. Beroof is an Elementor template kit built for roofing companies, with pages for services, projects and appointment requests.
It suits you if you are a contractor for roofs, flat or commercial roofing, urgent repairs or maintenance. It also suits you if you are starting from scratch, because you don't need Elementor Pro.
It doesn't suit you if you expect a complete theme: this is a content kit imported on top of Elementor, not a WordPress theme. It also has no booking calendar or payment gateway. And blog content is not included: you will need to publish a few posts for the templates to display.
A business judged on what people can't see from the ground
Nobody climbs up to check your roof before hiring you. That's why your site has to show what the customer can't see: what the roof looked like before, what was done and how it turned out. With Beroof, that job falls to the project templates, and that is where you should invest your time.

How Beroof is set up with free Elementor
The kit is optimized for the free Hello Elementor theme and works with free plugins, without Elementor Pro. On import it installs RTMKit Addons for Elementor and RTMForm Builder for Elementor, which handle headers, footers and forms. If you have Elementor Pro, you can use its Theme Builder for header and footer, and skip the forms plugin.
Colors and fonts are changed in one place (the kit's global style), so matching them to your sign or uniform is quick. The design is responsive, which matters because many emergency searches are made from a phone.

No. It is designed for free Elementor with the plugins that come with the kit.
Is it a theme?
No. These are content templates for Elementor, imported with the Envato Template Kit Import plugin or from Elementor.
