About Bit Flows Pro
Automating without every task on your site counting as a cost
A new order, a submitted form, a booking: every event on your site creates work that someone ends up doing by hand or paying for on an external platform that charges by volume. The better the business does, the more events there are and the heavier that bill gets. Bit Flows Pro brings automation into your own WordPress, with unlimited tasks, workflows and steps, so growing doesn't make automating more expensive.
It is closer to an n8n installed on your hosting than to a simple two-step connector.
A canvas where you see the whole flow
You build each automation by dragging blocks: a trigger, actions and intermediate tools that decide what happens next. Those tools are what make it useful in real cases:
- Router and conditions: send orders, leads or form entries down different paths depending on status, amount, role or date.
- Repeater, iterator and delay: repeat steps, process a list item by item and wait minutes, days or months before the next send or reminder.
- JSON, XML and CSV parsers: read data from APIs, feeds or files and pass it to sheets, CRMs or emails.
- Schedule and date time: start flows at a fixed time and calculate or format dates.
It connects with more than 318 platforms, including WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Sheets or Shopify. For anything not on the list there are webhooks, API requests, custom apps and custom triggers and actions. A real-time log shows what each step did.
An AI agent that makes decisions inside the flow
Bit Flows Pro includes an AI Agent with MCP. It reads the flow's data, understands the context and returns results using the models you connect, such as OpenAI, Gemini or Claude.
It runs in the background and looks after your server
Tasks are processed asynchronously with a queue, so a long flow shouldn't lengthen your page loads. If the server is under strain, flows pause and resume when capacity returns, and you can add delays and throttling. And since it lives in your installation, flow data doesn't pass through a third-party platform, except for the apps you connect yourself.
It doesn't have every advanced feature of Zapier or n8n
It does most of what those platforms do, but not everything. Before migrating, separate what is already solved from what you will have to cover:
- Already solved: flows with branches, loops, waits and conditions; reading JSON, XML and CSV; webhooks and APIs; AI inside the flow; an execution log.
- You cover: the accounts and credentials for each app and AI model you connect.
- You cover: checking that your specific service is among the connectors; if not, you will have to build it with a webhook, an API or a custom app.
- You cover: migrating your current automations by hand, flow by flow.
- You cover: very specific Zapier or n8n features that have no equivalent; test your most complicated case in the demo.
Frequently asked questions about Bit Flows Pro
Is there a limit on tasks or steps?
No: tasks, workflows and steps are unlimited. Your practical limit will be your server's capacity.
Can I use it without knowing how to code?
Yes for the usual flows, because they are built on the canvas without code. Webhooks, APIs and custom apps require some understanding of data and requests.
Does it slow down my site?
It is designed to work in the background with a queue and to pause under high load, also on shared hosting. Still, keep an eye on very heavy flows.
Does it work with artificial intelligence?
Yes, with the AI Agent and models such as OpenAI, Gemini or Claude connected to the flow.
Does it fully replace Zapier?
For most automations yes, but check your most unusual cases before switching anything off.
