About Bit Integrations Plugin for WordPress
The leads that stay stuck in the notification email
A form receives a contact, WordPress sends a notice to your inbox and someone copies it into the CRM when they find a gap. Between one step and the other you get badly copied data, leads nobody contacted in time and buyers who never reached the mailing list.
The fault is rarely in the form, but in the trip between the form and the tool where you actually work with that data. Bit Integrations automates that trip from inside WordPress: when something happens in a plugin, it sends the information to another platform without anyone touching it.
Trigger, action and mapping: how Bit Integrations works
Each integration is built from three pieces: you choose the trigger (where the data is born), you choose the action (where you want to receive it) and you match the fields of one with the other.
- Triggers: forms such as Elementor Form, Fluent Forms, Gravity Forms, Formidable Forms or Bit Form, WooCommerce and course plugins such as Tutor LMS, LifterLMS or WP Courseware.
- Actions: CRMs and tools such as Zoho CRM, Zendesk Sell, Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Trello or Dropbox.
- Mapping and custom values: you decide which source field goes to which destination field, and you can set your own values instead of copying the data as it is.
- Conditional logic
- Incoming and outgoing webhooks: they let you receive data from an external service or send your site's data to another one that accepts webhooks.
More than 380 platforms and unlimited data sending, meaning the plugin itself imposes no cap on what you send.
What to be clear about before building anything
It works inside your WordPress: the source is normally a plugin installed on your site, not an external app that watches on its own. Each destination platform needs its own account and connection details. And an app appearing on the list does not guarantee it has the exact action you are looking for: check in the demo that the one you need exists (create contact, add to a list, create card).
Common questions before trying it
Do I need to know how to code?
No. It is a no-code tool.
Is there a sending limit?
The plugin does not limit the data you send. The limits of the destination app itself (for example, those of its plan) depend on that platform.
Can I send only some entries?
Yes, with conditional logic.
What if the service I use is not on the list?
If it can send a webhook, the incoming webhook can act as the trigger. If you need your site to notify an external service, the outgoing webhook covers that case.
When having the automation inside WordPress makes sense
If your data is born in WordPress forms, store or courses and goes to just a few destinations, keeping everything in one dashboard saves you one more tool to watch. If your flows link many apps that have nothing to do with your site, an external automation platform may suit you better.
Also bear in mind that you will be sending your customers' personal data to third parties: check that your privacy policy reflects it.
Every integration gets tested with a real submission before you trust it
Create the integration with a test form, submit an entry and check on the destination platform which fields arrived and which did not. The typical failures are required destination fields left unmapped or formats that do not match. Once the submission comes through clean, move on to the real form.
