When your customer wants three services and has to book three times
Booking several services for the same visit often means filling in the form again and again, paying separately and being unsure what was confirmed. Many customers give up right there, and you will rarely know, because they leave no trace.
Someone asking for a cut, a color and a treatment, or a massage and a physiotherapy session, is not thinking about three appointments: they are thinking about one visit. If your system forces them to book one by one, you make them work to give you more business. BookingPress Cart Addon adds a cart to the booking process so they can sort it out in one go.
How the BookingPress Cart Addon cart works
The customer adds all the services they want to the cart (no limit is stated) and goes on to pay in a single step. Before confirming, they can review what they selected and the booking details in one place, and change the services if they made a mistake.
- Joint payment: the services in the cart are paid together, not separately.
- Single confirmation: they receive the details of the services included in their booking.
- Deposits per service: if you use deposit payments, the add-on calculates the deposit for each selected service, so the amount adds up even when several are booked at once.
What you see as the manager
In the dashboard you can see the appointments included in a cart booking and manage each individual appointment within that booking. Booking and payment information stays together.
What it needs to work
It does not work on its own: it is a BookingPress add-on and requires BookingPress Pro to be installed. Nor does it replace a payment gateway: payments depend on what you already have set up in BookingPress.

No. It requires BookingPress Pro to be previously installed and active.
Can the customer book any number of services?
They can add multiple services, with no stated maximum. If a specific cap matters to you, test it in the demo.
How are deposits calculated?
If you have deposits enabled, the deposit for each selected service is calculated and applied to the combined booking.
Can I manage a single appointment from a cart?
Yes, you can see the appointments in the booking and manage each one separately.

The cart is convenient for the customer, but it makes you think about whether your services can be chained together. Check in the demo how the flow behaves with services of different lengths and with your deposit settings. Try a booking with three services from start to finish and see how it reaches you, how it looks in the dashboard and what the customer receives. That way you will spot adjustments before a real customer does.
