Bookly Collaborative Services Addon extends Bookly PRO so that a service can require several employees and several resources at the same time, and so that the booking is only confirmed if everything lines up.
How clients book with Bookly Collaborative Services Addon
For the buyer nothing changes: they see a single service and book it as a standard appointment. The complex part stays behind the scenes, in your setup.
- Several employees in one appointment: the collaborative service brings together the staff who must take part.
- Shared resources: you can add rooms, cars, computers, chairs, equipment and other items, and share them between employees.
- Cross-checked availability: when booking, Bookly checks that the required staff and equipment are free at the same time.
- No double bookings of resources: if the resource is already in use, double booking is avoided.
- Choice of professional: you decide whether the client can choose a staff member in the booking form.

Does it work without Bookly PRO? No. It is an add-on and needs Bookly PRO installed.
Does the client have to book several times? No. They book a single collaborative service, just like a normal appointment.
Can they choose who serves them? It depends on how you set it up: it is an option you turn on or off in the Bookly form.
Does it stop a room from being booked twice? Yes, if the resource is already in use in that slot, no other booking that needs it is accepted.
Is it useful for a business with one employee and no shared resources? Probably not: its value lies in crossing staff and resources.
It only works on top of Bookly PRO
