Anyone renting cars, bikes, rooms or tours usually ends up with three systems: one plugin for the calendar, another for pricing and a spreadsheet to see what is free. The first double booking is expensive: a customer at the door and nothing to hand over. BRW Booking Rental Plugin takes the opposite approach: everything inside WooCommerce, with the same payment, taxes, coupons and customer accounts you already use.

The most useful thing about the plugin is that the way you charge changes with the type of business, not the other way around:
- Cars, bikes and equipment: price per day, night or 24-hour period, with pickup and drop-off locations, seasons, duration discounts, insurance and extra services.
- Hourly rental: start and end times, minimum and maximum duration, special prices per time slot and buffer time between bookings.
- Hotels, villas and apartments: price per night between check-in and check-out, with rates by season, guest type or length of stay.
- Tours: price for adults, children and infants, with fixed or flexible departure dates, time slots and custom checkout fields.
- Taxis and transfers: fare calculated by distance between pickup and destination, with a price per kilometer or mile and surcharges by location or service.

Inventory management helps you avoid selling the same thing twice. You can charge a deposit or the full payment, add insurance amounts and offer extra services.
The visitor can send a booking request. In addition, you can manage every reservation from the WordPress dashboard.
Search and Elementor support
It includes search elements (also with AJAX), category filters, product sliders and booking popups. It has Elementor support.
What to check before deciding if BRW is your booking system
BRW needs WooCommerce: it does not work as a standalone plugin, and the purchase process will be that of your shop. If you do not want to set up a store, it will probably be more complexity than you need.
Does it work for taxis with automatic pricing?
Yes, it has a distance-based fare model that works with Google Maps, pickup and destination addresses and a price per kilometer or mile. Check in the demo how the form looks before launching it.
Can I use it for a hotel with several rooms?
Yes: it is designed around check-in and check-out, room inventory and seasonal rates. If you need a channel manager with external portals, this plugin does not include that, so validate it for your case.
