Change the same detail on hundreds of products without repeating the mistake hundreds of times

Raising the prices of a whole category, fixing the dimensions of a hundred items or removing an offer when a campaign ends are small jobs that, in the WooCommerce editor, turn into an afternoon of opening and saving one product after another.

The risk of bulk editing is not slowness but making a mistake at scale. A wrong price on one product page is fixed in a minute; the same error applied to the whole catalog reaches your customers before you notice. With Bulk Edit Products you can filter, review the preview and only then apply.

Filter, exclude and review the list before applying anything

You can work with simple, variable (the parent or its variations) and external products. Filters select by categories and other properties, and you can leave out specific products by ID or entire categories. You can also filter by title or SKU with regular expression patterns, for example everything that starts with, ends with or contains a given string. The preview lets you untick the products you don't want to touch before moving on.

• Regular and sale price: raise or lower them by a percentage or a fixed value, or calculate the sale price from the regular one.
• Offers with dates: schedule a discount for certain days and it removes itself when the period ends.
• SKU, stock, weight, height and other dimensions, for example on all products except those in one category.
• Categories and tags: add, remove or overwrite.
• Images: replace the main image or add, remove and swap gallery images.
• Custom fields from other plugins, by entering their meta key.

Only the last operation can be undone, and only before the session expires

You can fully or partially revert the last completed operation, but only while the session is still open. It is not a change history, so before a large batch it is wise to have a database backup.

• Already covered: filtering, previewing, editing prices, stock, categories, attributes, variations, images and fields, deleting products (permanently or to the trash) and scheduling daily, weekly or monthly jobs.
• Covered by a backup: going back on operations earlier than the last one or after the session is closed.

Yes, if you enter their meta keys in the meta customization settings. After that they are edited like any other product data.
