About Carenow Medical & Dentist WordPress Theme
A dental clinic often has a website that looks nothing like the practice: stock photos, a phone number hidden in the footer and a list of treatments nobody reads. Carenow starts from a structure designed for that problem: health and dentistry demos that you replace with your own details.
What a new patient looks for on your website, step by step
Picture someone with a toothache arriving from their phone. This is what Carenow puts in front of them at each step and what you need to prepare.
- First screen: you choose between 4 different home pages, with 2 header styles and 2 footer styles. You can adjust the header height and enable a sticky header. This is where your phone number and clinic name go.
- Treatments: the theme includes its own content type for services, with an excerpt (short description), a sidebar menu on the single page and an editable «Read more» text. Each treatment gets its own page, but you write the descriptions.
- Team: there is a block to show your professionals, with social media links you can hide if you do not use them.
- Contact: the theme is styled to work with Contact Form 7 and supports Mailchimp integration.
What is still left to do in Carenow after importing the demo
With the one-click demo importer you get the complete sample website, but with another clinic's content. Before publishing you need to change the logo, business name, phone number, email, texts and photos. Carenow does not include an online appointment system: if you want patients to book from the website, you will need another plugin or a clearly visible contact form and phone number.
It does not write the clinical texts for you either. If you publish information about treatments, check that it is accurate and that it complies with the health and advertising regulations in your country. And if you collect patient data through forms, think about the privacy notice and cookies: the theme does not exempt you from that.
Frequently asked questions about Carenow
Is it only for dentists?
No. It is designed for dental clinics, but also for doctors, health centers and businesses in the healthcare sector. The demos are about dentistry and health, so other specialties will need to adapt texts and images.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. It is edited with Elementor, by dragging blocks, and it has an options panel for colors and Google Fonts typography. If you want advanced tweaks, it supports custom CSS and works with a child theme.
Can my website be in several languages?
It is translation ready and compatible with WPML, which helps if you see patients in more than one language. WPML is a separate plugin.
Does it look good on mobile?
Yes, the design is responsive and retina ready. Even so, check in the demo how your real content looks on mobile, especially long treatment texts.
When you want a website with its own character
You can turn animations and effects such as parallax on or off, choose a color scheme and fonts, and show or hide the top bar with social media links. If your clinic has a strong brand identity, you will have room to adapt it without rebuilding the pages from scratch.
