About Coming Soon & Under Construction WordPress Theme – Bramha

When the site isn't ready yet, the waiting page is all they see

Closing your site with an «under construction» sign usually ends in a grey page, with no date and no way to get back in touch with whoever dropped by. Someone who lands there during those weeks rarely remembers to come back on their own. What really counts on a waiting page isn't the design, but that every visit leaves an email or a reason to return.

Bramha is a minimal, responsive theme built with Bootstrap, designed for exactly that: a «coming soon» front page with a countdown timer, a progress bar and a «notify me» prompt so you keep the contact.

Countdown, progress bar and 50+ backgrounds in Bramha

  • Countdown and progress bar: they show how long is left until launch.
  • 50+ background effects: you can change which effect is shown, so your front page doesn't have to look like another business using the same theme.
  • Front page slider: it scales down by itself depending on screen resolution, and the layout adapts to mobile and tablet.
  • One-click demo import: you load the sample content, swap texts and images, and the structure is built.
  • Editing details: 1170 px grid, Remix Icon icons, Google Fonts typography, widgets and theme translation.

Three situations, three different front pages

Bramha offers three home variants (with one image, with a single color and with a full-screen image), plus about, portfolio, contact and menu pages, and a notification popup. Depending on your case, you will want to use some pieces rather than others.

You're launching a new business and want a waiting list

Your priority is the «Notify Me» popup together with the Mailchimp subscription setup. A visitor signing up is worth more than any animation: that email is your first audience the day you open.

You're a studio or freelancer redoing your website

Don't leave the site silent during the redesign. With the about, portfolio and contact pages you can keep a minimal presence: who you are, a couple of projects and how to reach you, while you finish the final site.

You prefer something sober, with no photos

The single-color variant with the countdown is the cleanest option if you don't have good images yet or don't want to load down the front page.

Frequently asked questions before choosing Bramha

Can I change the background effect? Yes, there are over 50 effects and you can change which one is shown.

Does it connect to Mailchimp? It includes the Mailchimp subscription setup. You will need your own Mailchimp account.

Can I set up a contact form? The theme is compatible with Contact Form 7, which is a separate plugin you will have to install.

Can I start with content already built? Yes, the one-click demo import loads the structure and you only have to replace texts and images.

The preview images are not included

The photos and mockups you see in the previews are not part of the package: you will have to add your own. If you are going to edit the design files, install the Syne and Montserrat fonts on your system first. And since it is a theme, it takes the place of your site's design while it is active. Check in the demo what happens when the countdown reaches zero, so you know whether you will have to switch themes by hand at launch.
