A construction or renovation company often has a website that says "we are the best" in three different typefaces and no proof beside it: no finished jobs, no team, no clear way to ask for a quote. Someone arriving from Google wants to see completed work and know who to call, and leaves if they have to guess.
Conskip: a construction company website built to show work, not just explain the company
The construction business is decided by references and word of mouth, and the website is the first thing a client checks before asking for a quote. Conskip starts from that idea: the home page revolves around a header with several messages, a company introduction with its years of experience, the services, recent projects, the team, and a quote button in the menu.
Walkthrough: from home page to quote in five steps
- Step 1, the header. Three rotating messages with a "Read More" link. This is where you put your real proposition; the demo texts are generic and will need replacing.
- Step 2, the introduction. An "About Us" block with highlighted figures (years of experience, team, design). Those demo numbers are placeholders: swap them for your own or remove them.
- Step 3, the services. Cards for quality construction, planning, building renovation, maintenance, architecture design and more.
- Step 4, the proof. A recent projects section with title and excerpt, a block of expandable questions about safety, contact and careers, and the team with roles such as architect, project head or building surveyor.
- Step 5, the close. Three hourly rate plans with a task list (electrical outlets, plumbing fixtures, appliance installation, remodeling) and the "Get A Quote" button.
Watch the pricing plans: in the demo they show the same amount in all three. That is sample layout, not a rate structure you should copy. And if your company works with fixed quotes rather than hourly rates, that section will serve you better as a service list than as a price table.
The Get A Quote button needs your own form
It is a showcase template. There is no automatic quote builder and no project or client manager: connecting "Get A Quote" to the form you use is up to you. Don't expect real job photos either: the images and team names are samples.

It works for both: the services include renovation, building maintenance and architecture. Adjust the texts and cards to what you really offer.
Can I use it for a company in another trade?
Its structure and language are strongly oriented to construction and renovation. For another sector you would have to rewrite almost everything.
Do the texts I see in the demo come already written?
There is a lot of filler text and sample data. You will need to write your services, your figures and your FAQs before publishing.
