One room sold in three places at once
The problem for a small hotel, a country house or a holiday apartment is rarely an ugly website: it is that the same room is offered on your site, on Airbnb and on Booking.com, and one day someone books in two places at once. CozyStay is a theme built for hotels, resorts, vacation homes and apartment rentals that ships with its own booking system inside the theme, so your own website sells as well as showing photos.
CozyStay and the calendar shared with other platforms
Reservation sync works in both directions through iCal, so it works with any platform that supports it: Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Calendar and similar. You can export your room calendars, add external ones and import them manually or at automatic intervals. You can also review the imported data and its logs, and delete old entries so the site does not fill up with clutter. Since iCal works through periodic imports rather than instantly, it pays to set a short interval if you sell on several channels.
If bookings also reach you by phone or through a form, you can create them yourself from the admin panel, add extra services and see the total update and availability adjust.
Rates and rules that match how you actually work
- Price per night or per person, with different rates for adults and children.
- Base rate, weekend rate and specific period rates, plus seasonal adjustments that can be applied to several rooms at once.
- Variable pricing by occupancy: the same room at a different price depending on how many guests stay.
- Discounts for early booking, last-minute booking and long stays (weekly, monthly or custom length).
- Booking rules: minimum and maximum stay, days without check-in or check-out, allowed advance notice, permanent or for a set period, and applicable to several rooms.
Five hotel demos built with free Elementor
The theme includes five demos for different types of accommodation, with one-click import. They do not stop at the room page: they also include pages for common services such as dining, gym or spa. The demos, including headers, footers and popups, are built with the free version of Elementor, so you do not need the paid one to replicate them.
There are six room list layouts, amenities per room, room search, galleries (slider, grid and mosaic), an Instagram feed, a light or dark color scheme, more than 900 Google Fonts, a child theme and translation-ready files, with compatibility with WPML and Polylang.
Payments run through WooCommerce, you cover the rest
- Already solved: built-in booking form, availability, pricing, rules and extra services.
- Already solved: iCal calendar with other platforms and manually created reservations.
- With WooCommerce: payment gateways and order management. You will need to install it and set up the payment method you use.
- With another plugin: contact forms (Contact Form 7 is one of the compatible ones), newsletter (MailChimp for WordPress) and SEO (compatible with Yoast SEO).
- On your own: texts, photos, cancellation policies and the taxes or rules of your area.
The maker itself recommends not assuming the theme covers any specific feature: if you need something very particular, check it in the demo before deciding.

Does it prevent double bookings with Airbnb or Booking.com?
Two-way iCal sync is designed to prevent them, but it depends on the import intervals you set.
