Amaryllis provides the look, but the store itself comes from WooCommerce: products, inventory and the purchase process depend on that plugin, which you must install separately. The same goes for Elementor if you decide to use it. The imported demo brings sample content, not your products, so you will need to load your own catalog, photos and texts.
