About CTX Feed Pro
One catalogue, many shop windows
Selling only on your own site leaves money on the table, but taking the catalogue to Google Shopping, Facebook and a couple of marketplaces means maintaining the same product in four places that each want a different format. And every time you change a price, you change it everywhere.
CTX Feed generates those files from your WooCommerce and keeps them current by itself. Your store stays the single source of truth; the other channels read from it.
Where it can publish
More than 220 channels, among them:
- Google: Shopping, local inventory ads, promotions, dynamic remarketing and Manufacturer Center.
- Social: Facebook catalog, Instagram Shop, Pinterest, TikTok Shop and Snapchat.
- Marketplaces: Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Rakuten, Fruugo, Wish.
- Comparison sites: Bing Shopping, Idealo, Kelkoo, PriceRunner, Trovaprezzi, Ceneo, Heureka and several more by country.
- Affiliate networks: Awin, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Rakuten Advertising, Pepperjam.
- Regional marketplaces: Bol.com, Allegro, Fnac, Otto, Coolblue, Marktplaats.
It exports in XML, CSV, TSV, XLS, TXT and JSON, which is what each channel asks for in its own way.
What stops it breaking on a large catalogue
Here is the difference between a generator that works with two hundred products and one that genuinely serves. It uses batch processing, built for catalogues over 50,000 products without bringing the server down. On a large catalogue, a generator trying to do it in one pass runs out of execution time and never finishes.
And it sets no limit on products per feed or number of feeds.
What it solves in the setup work
- Automatic category mapping to Google's official taxonomy, the most tedious part of preparing a feed.
- Attribute mapping such as GTIN, MPN, EAN, UPC and brand, which Google requires and WooCommerce does not store in standard fields.
- Variable products, with their variations and SKUs.
- Filters by category, stock status, price range and product type, so you do not send a channel what does not belong there.
- Custom attributes with price manipulation and conditional logic, to lift margin on one channel without touching the store.
Updating
Feeds regenerate on a scheduled task every 1, 6, 12 or 24 hours. That is what stops you advertising a price that is no longer yours.
Languages and currencies
Compatible with WPML, Polylang, TranslatePress and Weglot, and with CURCY, Aelia Currency Switcher and WooCommerce Multi Currency.
