Is it a WordPress theme? No. It is a kit with design data for Elementor only; you need WordPress with Elementor already running.
Do I need Elementor Pro? No, the kit is designed to be used without it.
Can I change colors and fonts without editing page by page? Yes, through Global Kit Styles.
Can customers book online? It includes a simple contact form and a subscription form, not an appointment system. If you want a schedule with time slots, you will need to add another tool.
Will the demo photos appear on my website? They are sample images: replace them with your own.

To make the kit look like the demo you need to install three plugins: ElementsKit Lite, Skyboot Icons and Metform. The forms come from Metform and are imported separately, and the header and footer are activated from ElementsKit. It is a process with several steps, so do not expect everything to appear with one click. Also, the demo images are not yours: before publishing, swap them for real photos of your work.
