A long FAQ page with no order and answers that fill half the screen always ends the same way: visitors don't read it and email you the same question as always. 1. Pick a starting point

It includes more than 25 templates and supports vertical and horizontal accordions, so you don't start from scratch. You can design it in either the block editor or the classic editor.

2. Write or generate the content

You can write the answers by hand or try the AI generator, which is in beta: you choose language and tone, point to pages of your site as a reference and use ready-made prompts. Always review what it generates before publishing: a wrong answer about deadlines, warranties or terms is worse than having none.

3. Adjust how it behaves

You decide whether several items can be open at once, which one is open on load, whether there is a button to open or close everything and whether it triggers on click, on hover or automatically. Anchor links let you send someone straight to a specific question, for example from a customer service email.

So it doesn't look like a generic template, there are more than 16 toggle icon styles, content animations, subtitles, badges on titles and individual styling for each item.

4. Turn on structured data

A single switch adds FAQPage markup with no extra plugin or code. It is the technical requirement to aim for rich results in Google, but it doesn't guarantee they will appear.

5. Place it where the purchase is decided

If you sell with WooCommerce, you can show questions on the product page, with its own tab and configurable priority. If you work with a page builder, you create the template in the visual editor and display it from there. Remember it is a plugin that adds to your current theme: it doesn't redesign the rest of the site.

6. Measure and collect real questions

Analytics records impressions and clicks, so you see which questions get opened and which nobody touches. Forms let visitors send their own questions, and search and category filtering help when the list grows. The data only tells you what gets consulted: deciding what to rewrite, move up or remove is still up to you.
