About eForm WordPress Form Builder
A form that starts as contact and ends up charging, scoring or calculating
The usual story: you install a form plugin to receive messages, and a few months later you want more: the client seeing what it will cost before writing, paying a deposit, taking a quiz and getting a result, or checking what they submitted. If the plugin can't do that, you end up with three separate plugins that don't talk to each other. eForm WordPress Form Builder is designed for that journey: a single drag and drop builder, unlimited forms and every submission stored in its own database, where you can view, track and analyze them from the admin.
What eForm solves depending on who installs it
If you quote or sell custom services
The math element calculates formulas from what the visitor chooses, and there is also an estimation slider. There is also a pricing table element. The values of checkboxes, radios and thumbnails can enter the calculation by their row index.
If you charge from the form itself
It supports PayPal, Stripe (with SCA strong authentication and subscription forms), Authorize.net and an offline payment gateway. With the WooCommerce integration you can add several products. In quizzes with a certificate, payment is taken before the score is calculated and shown.
If you run quizzes, surveys or training
It has an independent scoring system, a timer with automatic submission (overall or per page), redirection based on raw score, ranking and a leaderboard. For surveys it includes elements such as smiley rating, like/dislike, option matrices and a thumbnail picker. Reports use responsive charts and there are statistics shortcodes for forms and users.
If you collect contacts for a mailing list
It connects with Mailchimp, Aweber, GetResponse, Campaign Monitor, Sendy, MyMail, Convertkit, MailWizz, Enormail and MailerLite. Instant subscription adds the person to the list before the form is submitted, and you can send custom fields to the supported integrations.
Form details that save you extra plugins
- Conditional logic also on whole containers (tabs, pages), not just single fields.
- Auto save in the user's browser.
- Repeatable fields, input masks, read-only state and signatures with the jSignature element.
- Default values from the URL, user metadata or post metadata.
- Submission limits: opening date, closing date, intervals between submissions.
- Pop-up forms, a reset button and editable email templates.
- Login, registration and guest post integrated with WordPress.
For design it includes more than 38 form themes, a color customizer, system or custom fonts, and a traditional boxy style. If your theme or a plugin breaks the form, you can embed it with a responsive iframe. There are also Elementor widgets and Gutenberg support for its shortcodes.
It's a big plugin: there is a learning curve
So much capability has a practical cost: the admin has many options and this isn't the plugin for someone who just wants a three-field contact form. Also, each integration (email, payments, WooCommerce) needs its own account or plugin, which eForm doesn't replace. If you're going to charge, test the full flow with your gateway before publishing. And if you collect personal data, check what you store and how you disclose it.
