Which templates Elan includes to build the site
It is not a theme: it is a set of Elementor designs that you import and edit with Elementor. It includes these templates:

Client inquiries with MetForm and clear calls to action
The property pages are designed to receive inquiries through MetForm. The designs include clear calls to action. The forms come as blocks that you must import and link to the MetForm widget in the template (Edit Form, choose the imported form and update).
Since the design is clean, it works well if you take care of your photos: good, well-cropped architecture images make the difference. With mediocre photos, a design this clean exposes them.
Elan needs several plugins and is not a full property search tool
Before you decide, keep in mind what is required and what is not solved out of the box:
- It requires Elementor, ElementsKit Lite, Jeg Elementor Kit, MetForm and Sticky Header Effects for Elementor.
- These are Elementor designs: they do not install a property management system on their own. If you need advanced filters, maps or a dynamic listing fed from a database, check in the demo how it is handled and which extra plugin you would need.
- It is imported with the Envato Template Kit Import plugin or directly from Elementor.
Is it a WordPress theme?
No. It only contains design data for Elementor, so you need a compatible theme installed.
Can I change colors, text and photos?
Yes, everything is editable with Elementor.
Is it suitable for an independent agent?
Yes, it is designed for real estate professionals: agencies, developers and consultants.
Does it have property search?
It includes a designed search form, but check in the demo whether it meets your filtering needs before relying on it.
