A customer can't try the shade before buying it
Selling cosmetics online has a problem that the store counter solves effortlessly: nobody can smell the perfume, compare a foundation shade or see how a lipstick looks. If the product page doesn't do that job, doubts, abandoned carts and returns follow, along the lines of "it's not the color I expected".
Enzian is a WooCommerce theme designed for beauty, cosmetics and perfume shops, and many of its tools aim at exactly that: showing each product better.
Color swatches, 360 images and video on the product page
For products with shade variants, it includes color swatches, image swatches and a photo gallery that changes according to the selected variant. There is also a 360 image, a video thumbnail and custom product labels.
In listings, the additional widgets let you filter by WooCommerce attributes, including color. That way a customer looking for "a nude" doesn't have to open twenty product pages.
A catalog you can browse without reloading the page
The shop uses Ajax: the cart and the mini cart are managed without leaving the page and the load more button adds items to the listing. For the storefront there are shop layouts in grid, metro or carousel.
Navigation adds a mega menu, a sticky menu and a header and footer builder, useful if your catalog has many lines (face, body, hair, fragrances).
Elementor, more than 70 elements and Revolution Slider to build the home page
The theme is ready for Elementor, with more than 70 of its own drag and drop elements: testimonials, icon boxes, team, counters, progress bars, accordions and video. You can save designs as templates and reuse them. It comes with Revolution Slider for sliders and hero scenes, and with a child theme.
If you don't want to start from scratch, the one-click demo importer loads any of the live preview demos, with their XML files.
Payments, shipping and taxes are WooCommerce's job
Enzian provides the storefront and the shopping experience. The operational side of the shop is something else:
- Already solved in the theme: shop and product page design, color swatches, 360 image, Ajax cart, mega menu, maintenance mode and coming soon, custom 404 pages.
- You set it up in WooCommerce: payment gateways, shipping zones and rates, taxes and order management.
- Separate plugins: wishlist and product comparison integrate with it, but check in the demo which ones you need to install. The same goes for WPML or Polylang if you want the shop in several languages, and for Mailchimp or Yoast SEO if you use them.
- You provide it: photos, videos, descriptions, ingredient lists and your shop's legal texts.

Does it work for a multi-vendor marketplace?
It is listed as compatible with Dokan and WC Vendors, which are separate plugins you would have to install.

It is translation ready and compatible with WPML, Polylang and Loco Translate, which are independent plugins.

The Apache mod_rewrite module, a memory limit of 256M and a maximum file upload of 32M.
