About Evenio – Event Conference WordPress Theme

Building a conference website often ends up as a home page with a countdown, a PDF schedule nobody opens on their phone and a hand-made speaker list that falls apart every time someone cancels. Evenio is a theme designed so that this information lives in pages with their own structure instead of patches.

An event expires: the website has to sell it before it happens

Whoever organizes a conference or a meetup has a problem other businesses don't: the product disappears on a fixed date. The whole site works against the clock, and the decisive part is the schedule and the speakers, because that is what an attendee checks before paying or asking their company for permission. Evenio puts the design weight there: it includes speaker pages, schedule pages and testimonial pages, built to show who speaks and when.

Evenio: ten home pages and many inner pages already built

The theme comes with 10 prebuilt home pages: 6 multi-section ones and 4 one-page layouts with scrolling. There are also more than 64 inner pages: schedule, speakers, testimonials, contact, about and several blog layouts.

  • Headers: 4 variations, with an off-canvas menu for mobile.
  • Schedules: 7 variations of the schedule page.
  • Color and settings: unlimited color options from the Customizer and the theme settings (Redux Framework).
  • Sliders: includes Revolution Slider for animated headers.

Edited with Elementor, no code needed

The theme is built on Elementor, so you change texts, blocks and section order while seeing the result on screen, including in the mobile-adapted view. There is a one-click demo importer that loads the sample content, and a child theme is included for anyone who wants to customize the code without losing their changes. It is compatible with WPML if the event needs several languages.

Tickets and registration need another tool

Evenio solves how the event is presented, not how it is managed. Here is what comes ready and what you will have to cover yourself:

  • Already solved: home page design, schedule, speakers, testimonials, blog, contact and headers.
  • Already solved: layout that adapts to mobile, tablet and desktop.
  • With another plugin: ticket sales, attendee registration and payments. Check in the demo whether the design you like has a purchase button or block and which plugin it would work with.
  • By hand: replacing the demo images, which are illustrative only and not part of the final product, with your own photos of speakers and the venue.
  • With a professional: any code change beyond what Elementor and the theme settings allow.

Frequently asked questions

Is it useful for anything other than a conference?

Yes: seminars, exhibitions, company meetings and event management websites fit the same approach. If your site is not built around a schedule and speakers, another theme will give you less work.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. It is edited with Elementor and the theme settings. Code only comes in if you want custom changes.

Can I change the colors?

Yes, from the Customizer and the theme options, with no palette restrictions.

Do the demo photos come with it?

Don't count on them: the demo images are illustrative. Prepare your own photos and logos before importing.

Can I have the site in several languages?

It is compatible with WPML, the translation plugin, which is obtained separately.
