About Everest Forms – Email Templates
Someone fills in your form, receives a plain-text email that looks like a system notice and ignores it or, worse, takes it for spam. That first message is your only contact with that person right after they showed interest, and it is often the most neglected one on the whole site.
The confirmation email is the first impression almost nobody designs
Whoever installs this add-on usually has a business with working forms (quotes, contact, orders) whose automatic replies look nothing like their website. You take care of the home page, the typography, the colors, and the message that lands in the customer's inbox goes out looking generic. Everest Forms – Email Templates closes that gap: the email sent to the user after submitting the form can carry your logo, your colors and your tone.
What you can change in Everest Forms – Email Templates
The add-on lets you design the template by zones, each with its own settings:
- Typography and color: hundreds of font families to choose from, with font and color set separately for the different headings and the text.
- Header and footer: styles for the logo, title and tagline, with their own typography and color, header and footer alignment, a background with color or image, and adjustable borders.
- Message body: font size, independent colors, color or image background and customizable borders.
- Containers: you can style the outer and inner parts of the container, with colors and images.
- Additional CSS: if you can code, you can add your own rules to the template.
It is an add-on, not a form plugin on its own
It needs the Everest Forms plugin to work. It handles the look of the email sent after the form, not creating forms or managing lists or mass-mailing campaigns. Even though the category is email marketing, think of it as design for form notifications, not a newsletter editor.
Questions buyers ask before deciding
Is it for the notices I receive or the ones my customer gets?
It is designed to deliver personalized emails to users after they submit the form. If you want internal notices to look the same, run a test send and check the result.
Do I need design or coding skills?
No. Fonts, colors, backgrounds and borders are adjusted with the add-on's options. The additional CSS is optional, for those who want to fine-tune further.
Can I add my logo?
Yes, the header supports a logo, title and tagline, each with its own typography and color.
Send test emails before enabling the template on a live form
Email clients do not render designs identically: what you see in the settings may vary in Gmail, Outlook or on mobile. Before leaving it on a production form, send yourself tests and open the message in several clients. Check above all the text contrast over background images, the logo size and that the footer is not cut off.
Start simple: a clean background, one or two fonts and your brand colors.
