When the catalogue grows and customers get lost before buying
A store with hundreds or thousands of products often ends up with an endless category menu, a search box that does not understand what people ask for, and visitors who leave without finding the size, colour or price range they wanted. Filter Everything Product Filter tackles that stage: it adds filters to WooCommerce stores, but also to posts, pages and custom content types.
There is something many store owners miss: every combination of filters (for example, smartphones, blue, a specific brand) is also something people type into Google. Most filters produce ugly parameter URLs that are useless for ranking. Here, filtering can use readable URLs like /smartphones/color-blue/brand-apple/, and you decide which combinations can be indexed.

WooCommerce store with variations
It filters by attributes (size, colour, brand, material), by price and sale price, by status (on sale, in stock, featured, downloadable, backordered), by product type, shipping class and visibility. Variation filtering lets a customer who picks a colour see the products that really come in it. It also supports custom numeric fields such as length, weight or calories.
Directory, portfolio or content site
It works for posts, pages and any custom content type: filter by taxonomies, custom fields, date, author, featured image or view count. With ACF you can build filters from checkbox, radio, select, number and true/false fields.
Agency working with different builders
It works on archives, shop pages, custom templates and pages built with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Oxygen, Beaver Builder, JetEngine or the block editor (including the Query Loop block). It also filters custom WP_Query queries and is compatible with WPML and Polylang.
Controls you decide on: from checkboxes to colour swatches
Each filter can be displayed in different views:
- Checkboxes, radio buttons, label lists and dropdowns.
- Range sliders and star rating.
- Colour swatches and brand logos for visual filtering.
You can place them horizontally or vertically, in 2 to 5 columns, with collapsible filters, "show more" links and a search inside the filter itself. There are two behaviours: instant AJAX filtering without reloading the page, or an apply button so customers can tick several options before seeing results.
On mobile it offers a drawer or pop-up panel and improvements for touch screens.
SEO rules that build pages that rank
A rules engine automatically generates unique H1s, titles and meta descriptions for the filter combinations you choose. It has been tested with Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO, The SEO Framework, SEOPress and Squirrly SEO.
Mind the criteria: indexing every possible combination is not a good idea. It is better to open only those that have products and real search demand behind them, and block the rest.
Frequently asked questions before installing it
Is it only for WooCommerce?
No. It filters products, but also posts, pages and custom content types.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not for the usual setup: filter sets are configured from the admin panel and placed on the page where you want them. A poorly coded theme or builder can cause problems, so test it in the demo with yours.
Does it work with caching plugins?
It is compatible with popular caching plugins, and AJAX filtering is designed for large stores.
Filter sets must be configured by hand
It is not a filter you switch on and forget: you must create filter sets, choose which pages they appear on and which query they filter. SEO rules also have to be defined, they do not decide themselves.
