Someone looking for a financial adviser arrives with a number in their head: a debt, a tax bill, an inheritance, idle money. They don't want to read a catalogue of services, they want to know whether they can write to you without commitment. Many sites in this sector fail right there: plenty of text about portfolios and a form that is hidden or endless.
Finance Consultant is a WordPress theme for financial consultancies, investment agencies, wealth and asset management, funds, tax advisory and accounting firms. It is responsive and retina ready, so the first enquiry from a phone doesn't turn into an ordeal.
Slider Revolution, Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce: what connects to the theme
The theme doesn't do everything on its own, it relies on well-known plugins:
- Slider Revolution: it is compatible and lets you build a homepage with text, image or video and animated transitions. Use it sparingly: three promises competing in the header don't help someone in a hurry.
- Contact Form 7: you can edit the form template or create your own from its editor. Use it to ask for the minimum (name, contact method and one line about the matter) and to have a different form for each service.
- WooCommerce: it is compatible and, once configured, supports payments in several currencies. It makes sense if you sell reports, training or advisory sessions at a fixed price. It also supports YITH WooCommerce Wishlist, although a firm will rarely need it.
One-click demo and a multilingual site with WPML
The theme lets you import the demo content with Unyson Importer, so your site starts identical to the demo and you only have to replace texts and images. Do it carefully: an unrewritten demo, with services you don't offer, is worse than a blank page.
It also declares compatibility with Elementor and WPML. The latter matters if you serve clients in two languages, for example a firm with foreign investors. The theme's tags point to banking, insurance, taxes, credit, investments and accounting.
Is Finance Consultant right if you sell advice and not products?
Yes, if you need a presentation website that leads to contact. Before deciding, go through these questions.
Do I have to install plugins separately?
Slider Revolution, Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, Unyson and WPML are plugins independent of the theme. Install only the ones you will use and check in the demo which ones each page uses.
Can I use it without an online store?
Yes. WooCommerce is a compatibility, not a requirement. If you only offer services by quote, the contact form is enough.
Does it include loan calculators, a client area or broker connections?
It is a presentation theme, not a financial platform. If you need calculators or a private portal, expect to add a specific plugin and check in the demo whether there is anything similar.
Does it work with Elementor?
It is listed as compatible with Elementor. If you plan to edit with it, test a services page before rebuilding the whole site.
