About FlowMattic

Every new order ends up in five different tabs

An order comes into the store, someone copies it to a spreadsheet, someone else notifies Slack, another person adds it to the CRM, and the customer waits for an email nobody remembers to send. Whoever runs a WordPress site with a shop, forms and a newsletter often ends up being the human bridge between tools that don't talk to each other. FlowMattic is a plugin that automates those handoffs from the WordPress dashboard itself, without leaving for another website.

What almost nobody works out at the start: cloud-hosted automation tools charge per task, so the better your business does, the more you pay to move the same data. Here the approach is different: the plugin runs on your server and does not limit runs.

What FlowMattic does on the workflow canvas

Everything is built on a visual canvas where you connect a trigger to actions and decide what happens in each case:

  • Control logic: router, filters, iterators, delays, joins and sub-workflows, so a workflow isn't just a straight line.
  • Webhooks and scheduler: receive, send and answer webhooks, or launch workflows at a specific date and time.
  • Task history: every run is recorded with the data that went in and out of each step, with secrets masked. If something fails, you can re-run it with the original or edited data.
  • AI agents: a step where you give a goal and the tools it may use; it reasons, calls them and iterates until done. It works with your own key from providers such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Groq or DeepSeek, even with a local OpenAI-compatible model.
  • Jaadu: a copilot where you describe the automation and it builds it on the canvas.
  • MCP server and client: connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to your site to create and review workflows from a chat, or call any MCP server from a step.

Over 900 apps, but not all weigh the same

Each integration brings its real triggers and actions, not a generic HTTP step. Depth varies a lot: WooCommerce has 43 triggers and 57 actions, FluentCRM 20 and 51, while Gravity Forms offers one trigger and Slack only actions. Before buying, check whether the app you need has the exact event you are looking for. If it isn't there, any REST API can become a custom app, although that means reading its documentation and setting it up yourself.

FlowMattic frequently asked questions

Does it charge per task like Zapier or Make?

No. It is a plugin that runs on your server, with unlimited runs. Still, the usage costs of your AI providers or connected apps remain your responsibility.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not for the usual cases: it is built on a visual canvas. Custom APIs and complex logic require more skill.

Is AI included?

The agent step is, but with your own provider key.

Forms, PDFs and tables without middleman plugins

The form builder supports multi-step and conversational forms, and what is submitted starts a workflow directly. You design an invoice, a certificate or a social card once, and each run fills it with real data to email it, save it to Drive or attach it to an order. Bookings include confirmations and reminders as workflow steps.

To store data, WP Tables keep leads, approvals or logs in your own WordPress database, with buttons that launch workflows from a row.

The workflow library saves you the first draft

You don't have to start from scratch: there is a library of ready-made workflows that you import, connect to your accounts and switch on. Examples: sending an SMS confirmation to someone who fills in a form, or adding form submissions to Google Sheets. Check each imported workflow with a test run before leaving it active, and confirm in the history that data arrives where it should.
