When the AC or the boiler fails, customers don't compare: they call the first company they see
In HVAC, the website is almost never read calmly. Someone looking for a technician has a stifling house or no heating in the middle of winter, and calls the first company that inspires trust and shows a phone number up front. The business also lives on peaks: heat waves, the first cold days, spring check-ups. A site that makes visitors hunt for the phone number or the way to book loses exactly those days.
Forceair is a WordPress theme for air conditioning, heating and water heater companies.
Forceair puts phone, hours and appointment in the header
The demo opens with a top bar combining opening hours, address, phone, social media icons and an appointment button. Right below comes a 24/7 emergency notice with the phone number repeated and a promotion banner for a spring check-up.
Contact does not stay at the top: the homepage offers it again in several blocks, so visitors never have to scroll back up to act.

- Full contact details, a subscription form and a search box.
A services menu with commercial maintenance included
The menu already comes organized with typical services of the trade: air conditioner maintenance, ductless split systems, equipment replacement, water heater repair and replacement, and commercial maintenance for both air conditioning and furnaces.
The homepage shows the main services as cards and, below, a wider list: emergencies, indoor air quality, duct cleaning and installation, boilers, heat pumps, furnace maintenance and heating and AC repair. There is also a button to download a brochure with services and prices, handy if you prefer not to publish prices on every page.
The offer blocks (diagnostic, repair, installation estimate) each carry their own appointment button. The structure is rounded out by project sections by city and a blog.
Use it if you sell by phone call; look elsewhere if you need online booking
Forceair is a presentation and lead-capture theme. The demo texts (certifications, years of experience, testimonials, prices, company name) are samples and must be replaced with your own. Don't publish certifications your team doesn't hold or reviews that don't come from real customers. The appointment button is a call to action: check in the demo where it leads and whether you need a separate plugin to manage appointments, calendar or payments.
Can I take bookings or payments online with it?
Not as a feature of the theme itself. It is designed so customers call or request an appointment; booking with a calendar would require another tool.
Is it suitable for a company that serves businesses?
Yes, the menu already includes commercial maintenance for air conditioning and furnaces.
Can I publish my rates?
Yes, there are offer blocks with prices and a downloadable brochure. Use them only if your rates are stable; if they change a lot, it is better to offer quotes.
