About Gravity Forms 2Checkout
Customers from other countries drop out at payment, not at the form
Selling abroad has a problem that never shows up in your form statistics: the customer fills in the whole form, reaches the payment step, sees a currency that is not theirs or cannot find their usual way to pay, and leaves. Your form worked; the sale did not.
Gravity Forms 2Checkout connects your Gravity Forms forms with the 2Checkout gateway so that payment happens when the form is submitted. The idea is to remove excuses for buyers who do not live where you live, and that is decided at payment, not in the page design.
Gravity Forms 2Checkout depending on what you sell
You sell a one-off product or service
A one-time payment is captured when the form is submitted. The customer pays in their own currency without working out conversions.
You charge subscriptions
You can set up recurring billing with weekly, monthly or yearly cycles, and define how many times it bills before the subscription ends. It is useful if you offer a service with a periodic fee or a plan with a fixed number of payments.
Your market is not covered by other gateways
If your customers are in a country or use a currency that the usual gateways do not serve, this is the case the add-on is designed for.
Four things appreciated by people buying from far away
- Countries: 2Checkout accepts payments from more than 200.
- Currencies: more than 100, so customers pay in their own and do not get lost in conversions.
- Payment methods: more than 45, so each customer can choose the one they use every day.
- Languages: payment can be made in more than 30.
Questions before setting up payments with Gravity Forms 2Checkout
Can I charge customers from other countries?
Yes, 2Checkout accepts payments from more than 200 countries, designed for businesses that sell abroad or need more than a standard gateway.
Does it work for subscriptions?
Yes, it includes recurring payments with weekly, monthly or yearly cycles and control over the number of charges.
Do my customers pay in their currency?
Yes, more than 100 currencies are available, and payment can be made in more than 30 languages.
What exactly does the add-on do?
It lets you accept payments through your WordPress forms using 2Checkout, for both products and services.
It is an add-on: it does not work without Gravity Forms
Gravity Forms 2Checkout is not a standalone plugin: it adds 2Checkout payments to the forms you already build with Gravity Forms, so you need both. Nor does it replace a full online store; what it offers is charging when a form is submitted, as a one-time or recurring payment. Check in the demo that the payment flow fits what you sell before you publish it.
