About Guiding Voice – Life Coach WordPress theme WordPress Theme
Guiding Voice, a theme for people who serve clients who don't know what to ask for
Someone looking for a coach rarely arrives with a service in mind: they arrive feeling stuck. If the site throws ten options at them with no guidance, they close the tab without choosing. Guiding Voice is built to accompany that doubt: a home page with a central message and direct buttons (make an appointment, find a location), summarized services with a link to read more, and a block where the coach tells their own story.
That last point matters more than it seems. In coaching, people hire the person first and the program second, so the demo gives space to a personal introduction with your background, your years of experience and a link to learn more.
From the home page to the programs: how the demo is laid out
The home page follows a path designed so visitors can move forward without getting lost:
- Hero: a large headline with room for session or online group schedules, plus the appointment and location buttons.
- Services: blocks such as Life Coaching, Business Coaching or Creating a Vision, each with its own «Read more».
- Programs and events: a list of programs with a short description (leadership, communication, personal success plan, meditation) and an upcoming events area.
- Tips blog: short posts to position you as a go-to expert.
- Closing: a contact form with address, phone numbers and opening hours, newsletter subscription, an Instagram block and social media links.
Practical tip: people who are unsure freeze when faced with many options. Keep few programs visible and leave the rest on inner pages.
Four headers, three footers and six blog post formats
The demo menu shows what you can choose from:
- Four header styles and three footer styles.
- Blog as a listing, masonry or grid, with the sidebar on the left, on the right or removed.
- Post formats: standard, gallery, link, video, quote and audio. Handy if you publish podcasts or recorded talks.
- Pre-built pages: about us, services, cases, news, contact and 404, plus typography and static elements pages so you can see how each component looks.
If you use the cases section, showing processes with real clients (with their permission) is what helps a hesitant visitor decide the most.
Choosing Guiding Voice or looking for something with real bookings
The theme shows «Make an Appointment» buttons, but that is not the same as a booking system with a calendar, payments or reminders. If you want clients to schedule and pay from the site, you will need a separate tool. Check in the demo where that button leads before deciding.
Also, the demo ships with sample text that has the tone of a church and prayer groups, old dates and fictitious contact details. All of that must be replaced with your own content, and it is worth taking your time because it shapes the message of the home page.
Does it work if I coach businesses rather than do life coaching?
Yes: the demo already includes a business coaching service and a team vision one, and the blocks can be rewritten with your own services.
Can I publish audio or video content?
The blog supports audio and video format posts, as well as gallery, quote, link and standard.
Does it have a newsletter signup?
The demo shows a subscription block. The email service you connect it to is up to you.
Can I change the look of the header?
There are four header styles and three footer styles to choose from.
