About HeaCool – Heating & Air Conditioning WordPress Theme
When the customer searches from their phone with the boiler down
Someone who needs a heating or air conditioning technician rarely compares calmly: they search from their phone, with a freezing house or 35 degrees outside, and pick the first company that lets them request a visit without calling three times. Meanwhile, you are in a van or with half your team on an installation, unable to pick up the phone.
HeaCool is designed for that business: heating, air conditioning and HVAC companies. Its real usefulness is that the website collects the request when you cannot answer, so it is ready when you finish the job.
Appointment form, gallery and slider: what each piece of HeaCool does and where it falls short
The theme is built on Bootstrap, HTML5 and CSS3, with a responsive layout and retina-ready screens. These are the pieces that matter to an HVAC company:
- Appointment form: the visitor leaves their details. It includes field validation and AJAX submission, and it can apply masks to fields such as the phone number, which helps you receive readable data.
- Contact form: already prepared for general enquiries that are not appointments.
- Filterable gallery: useful for showing finished installations, with an enlarged view on click. A freshly installed split unit in a living room convinces more than any text.
- Slider with Slick: for the home page, showing your most requested services each season.
- Motion effects: parallax, tilt on hover and animations. They are decoration, and on modest phones it is best not to overdo them.
- Instagram feed and SEO-minded structure: the first to show recent work; the second, an orderly base, which does not replace writing good texts for each service and area.
The limits, best known beforehand: the form is an appointment request, not a calendar with free slots or online payment. If you want customers to choose a time and pay, you will need to add a separate plugin. Also check in the demo which email each form sends to and how it looks on your phone before deciding.
Common questions before building an HVAC company website
Does it work for a company that only does maintenance or repairs?
Yes. You can adapt the texts to installation, maintenance or repair.
Can I use it if I cannot code?
You do not need to code to change texts and images. To rearrange sections in depth, some HTML and CSS helps, because it is built on Bootstrap.
Does it work well on mobile?
It is responsive and its images load lazily, which eases the initial load. Still, test the demo from your phone.
Is it suitable for an equipment shop?
It is aimed at services and capturing appointments, not at selling equipment online. For a shop you would need to add an e-commerce solution and check how it integrates.
How to use HeaCool's structure to capture more appointments
Put the appointment form in plain sight on the home page, without making people navigate. Use the gallery to show real work, with your team and your installations, not generic photos. And create one page per service (installation, repair, maintenance) so each search lands on a text that answers that specific need.
The demo images are not in the package
What you see in the demo is not what you get in the package: its photographs are not included. Gather your own images beforehand (team, installations, vehicles, finished jobs) or get photos with usage rights. If you build the site with placeholder images, it shows, and for a business that relies on household trust that costs more than any visual effect.
Because the theme uses several JavaScript libraries for sliders, filters and animations, add plugins sensibly and check that the site stays fast when you finish.
