Someone selling their own house, villa or land does not need a portal with hundreds of listings. They need the person arriving from an ad to find photos, location and a way to get in touch without having to call just to ask the basics.
That is the logic behind HOME ZONE: a theme designed to promote a single property (villa, land, apartment, house) that also supports multiple pages in case a real estate agency uses it. When you have only one property, every visit counts a lot, so the website should answer questions before the first call.
A details page and a tour page to show the property at a relaxed pace
The theme includes a details page and a tour page, designed to describe the property. On top of that come a fullscreen background slider and customizable Google Maps colors, useful so the location does not look like a generic map pasted at the bottom.
Visual Composer and Slider Revolution come with HOME ZONE
The theme comes with the Visual Composer page builder built in, with drag and drop, and Slider Revolution for creating presentations with different animation effects. It includes demo content that can be loaded and replaced with your own on already designed pages, custom page templates, variable content sections, unlimited sidebars and footer widgets.
It has no listings system or property search
HOME ZONE works as a showcase for one property. If you expect a portal with filters, here is what you get and what you are missing:

The theme options let you choose from more than 600 Google Fonts families or use your own typeface, and add custom CSS. It is built on the Vafpress options framework.
