A generic home page does not sell WordPress hosting
Building a hosting company website often ends in a home page with three plans and a button, while someone searching for a VPS, a domain or an SSL certificate lands on a page that does not talk about what they need. Hosty starts from a different idea: one page per service.
It is an Elementor template kit. People comparing providers arrive with a specific need, and the page that answers them directly is the one that turns a visit into an enquiry.
The pages Hosty includes, one per service
The kit includes full demos and inner pages. You can import them as they are or build new pages with the included blocks.
- Home pages: two home versions and a VPS hosting page.
- Services: pages for cloud, dedicated, shared and WordPress hosting, plus one for domains and one for SSL.
- Company: about us, careers, support and contact.
- Content: blog and single post.
- Other layouts: text boxes and pricing tables for building your own pages.
Pricing tables and an offer banner to compare plans
In hosting almost everyone compares plans before contacting you, so the pricing page matters more than the home page. Hosty includes a pricing page and pricing tables as an extra layout for building your own pages.
The demo also shows an offer banner with a deadline and a call-to-action button in the header. It is a visual device: if you do not run time-limited offers, remove it, because a deadline that never expires undermines the credibility of a company whose product is stability.
The domain search and billing are separate
Hosty is design: it organizes information and gives you pages that look like those of a hosting provider. It is not a business management system.
- Already solved: website structure, service pages, pricing tables, support page, contact, blog and careers.
- You cover it with another plugin, by hand or with a professional: payment and billing, the customer area, domain search and registration, plan activation and the support ticket system.
- You cover it by hand: the real copy. The demo uses lorem ipsum, and the email, phone number and address shown are examples.
You need Elementor installed. If any demo page uses a widget that requires Elementor Pro, you will see it when you import it: check this in the demo before deciding.
Frequently asked questions about Hosty
Can I create pages that are not in the demo?
Yes. Besides importing the existing pages, you can combine the included blocks, such as the text boxes and pricing tables, to build new pages.
Does it include a cart or a customer area?
No. You will have to link the sign-up buttons to your billing system or to your contact form.
Does it work without Elementor?
No. It is a template kit for Elementor and the pages are edited with that page builder.
