An IT company website often fails in the same way: a menu with «Solutions», «Consulting» and «Infrastructure» that the manager of a small business can't translate into their own problem. The visitor has an email that keeps failing, a slow computer or a fear of being attacked, and stays on the page that names it. IT Solutions and Services Elementor Theme (Itechie) gives you the structure to build that site with Elementor, without writing code. This is the walkthrough of a consultancy building its site from scratch.
Itechie starts with an imported demo, not a blank page
The first step is to import the demo with one click: pages, posts, widgets and theme options all arrive. That way you see the complete site and edit something real. Then you choose among three homepage layouts or more, designed for different IT service niches. Pick the one that fits your typical client, not the one you like best.
Images are not included. The demo photos are for demonstration only and are not in the purchase files. You will need to use your own or take them from a stock library such as Unsplash or Freepik.
One page per symptom: how to make use of Itechie's pages and blocks
With the homepage chosen, it's time for content. The theme comes with 26 or more inner pages already designed and 24 or more Elementor addons (ready-made widgets and blocks). The useful thing is not to copy the demo's outline as it is: instead of one page per department, create one per problem («my server is slow», «I received a suspicious email») and let each one lead to your service.
- Header and footer: designed by dragging with the included builder, so they match your brand.
- Sticky menu: navigation stays visible while scrolling, useful on long service pages.
- Sidebar: on each page or post you choose left sidebar, right sidebar or full width.
- Typefaces: Google Fonts come preloaded.
Common questions before building your IT services website
Does it work with the free version of Elementor?
It is compatible with Elementor in both its free and Pro versions. If you want to replicate a specific block from the demo, first check whether it uses a widget that is exclusive to Pro.
Is it useful for anything other than IT?
It is designed for IT companies, software agencies, cybersecurity, cloud providers and tech startups. For another sector you would have to rewrite almost all of the demo content.
Do I need to code?
No: settings, layouts and elements are handled from a visual interface.
Can it be translated into other languages?
It is compatible with WPML and supports right-to-left languages. WPML is a separate plugin that you have to add yourself.
Contact Form 7 and Mailchimp already connected, but it is not a client portal
To capture leads, the theme includes contact and inquiry forms preconfigured with Contact Form 7, and you can create others whenever you need them. It also has built-in Mailchimp support, to keep clients and prospects informed with news.
If you also want to sell packages or products, it is compatible with WooCommerce and comes with styles for the shop, product and cart. But it is a presentation theme: it is not a ticketing system or a private client area, and if you need those you will have to solve them with other tools.
