About Jobork – Job Portal Template WordPress Theme

For the recruitment agency that wants a showcase, not an Indeed-style portal

A recruitment website usually fails at one of two extremes: a corporate page without a single visible job offer, or a huge portal that nobody can keep up to date. Jobork sits in between: it is the site of an agency that explains its services and shows a few featured vacancies.

It works for you if you run a consultancy or a small job board and want to explain which profiles you specialize in, show job offers and receive enquiries. As seen in the demo, it does not work if you expect candidates to create an account, upload their CV or apply from the site itself: that does not appear in the design. If you need it, check in the demo what happens when you click the detail button and plan on adding a dedicated job plugin.

An expired vacancy costs more than a site with no vacancies

A candidate who calls about a job that has already been filled does not come back, and a company that sees it thinks the agency has no control over its own business. That is why it pays to understand how Jobork displays job offers before you fill the home page.

The home page includes a block of featured job offers. Each card shows the position, the company, the city, an hourly rate and a detail button. It is a showcase designed for a few well-chosen vacancies that are reviewed often, not for hundreds of ads. The positions, companies and rates in the demo are samples: you replace them with your own.

Jobork's areas of specialization, from IT to line managers

The demo organizes the offering by type of position, and this structure appears on the home page and in the menu:

  • IT industry
  • Sales
  • Services
  • Marketing
  • Executives
  • Line managers

The menu also expands into pages for specific positions (content manager, developer, senior designer, senior project manager). It helps each client company quickly find its profile. Change the areas to match your agency: if you work in healthcare or logistics, these sample categories do not represent you.

Blog, testimonials and contact: what decides the undecided

Below the job offers, the template brings together blog posts about job hunting and executive recruitment, three testimonials, a contact block with address, phone and opening hours, and links to Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.

The blog will only work for you if you feed it regularly: a stalled one signals neglect. And the testimonials must come from real clients or candidates, never invented ones.

Common questions before choosing Jobork

Is it a full job portal?

It is an agency site design with featured job offers. For candidate registration or CV submission you will need a separate plugin.

Can I use it if I am not an agency?

The structure and texts are designed for an agency that provides services to other companies, and you will have to rewrite them if your case is different.

Can job offers be searched or filtered?

The header has a search field. Check in the demo whether it searches only posts or also job offers, and whether there are filters by city or sector.

Does it work for other countries?

The demo uses a sample address and rates in dollars. You can replace them with your own details, but the sample texts are in English and you will have to translate them if you need another language.
