Direct bookings are lost when the website won't let guests book

A beautiful property and a website that only shows photos usually end the same way: the guest browses, moves to a booking platform and ends up buying there. A small hotel, a villa or a B&B competes every day against intermediaries that already have the form, the calendar and the payment solved.

Kinsley is built for that case: a theme for accommodation businesses, made with Elementor, that comes with the booking engine inside. Whoever installs it doesn't need design alone, they need booking on their own website to be as easy as on a third party's.

Kinsley brings the MotoPress booking engine, and that's where the real work is

The theme includes MotoPress Hotel Booking PRO, which manages accommodations (with types, categories, services and attributes), rates, seasons, bookings, payments, coupons, taxes and fees. What matters most day to day:

• Availability search: by check-in and check-out date, adults, children and custom attributes. Each accommodation shows its own calendar with available and unavailable days.
• iCal sync with Airbnb, Booking.com, TripAdvisor and Hotels.com, and also with Apple Calendar and Google Calendar.
• Several accommodations in a single booking, with different guest names.
• Payments: pay on arrival, bank transfer, PayPal, 2Checkout, Stripe, Braintree and Beanstream, with full payment or a deposit (percentage or fixed amount).
• Automatic or manual confirmation, as your team prefers.
• Free mobile app to check availability, add bookings and view guest and payment details.

The limits, so there are no surprises: sync works through iCal, meaning calendar exchange, not a direct connection to each portal. Payment gateways need your own account with each one. And the theme relies on Elementor to build the pages.

Seasonal rates, minimum stays and extras you can sell

The same accommodation can have different prices depending on the period (weekends, holidays, seasons), the length of stay or the number of guests. Booking rules set check-in and check-out days, minimum and maximum stay and blocks.

Extras (breakfast, transfers, whatever you offer) can be charged per accommodation or per guest, once or per day, or left free. There are coupons by dates, percentage or fixed amount, with a usage limit, and email notifications with editable templates. Bookings can be exported to CSV.

Is it suitable for a single apartment or a large hotel?

For both. The number of accommodations is unlimited, and if you have several rooms of the same type they can be generated automatically.

Can I sell anything else on the same website?

It is compatible with WooCommerce to set up a shop. It also includes restaurant menu types.

Does it work in several languages?

It is compatible with WPML, includes .pot files for translation and supports right-to-left languages such as Arabic, Hebrew or Persian.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Pages are built with Elementor and the theme's own widgets, and options are adjusted from a panel.

Restaurant, blog and design settings

The restaurant menu can be shown as a grid with animated filters, by category or as a carousel. Header and footer templates are edited with Elementor, and you can change color schemes, Google fonts, the preloader and the 404 page. The blog uses a grid and a carousel mode.

Pick the demo before importing anything: there is a resort one and an RTL one

The theme offers several demos and many pre-built pages that import with one click. First decide which style fits your property: there is a resort demo and another designed for RTL languages. Then set up accommodations, rates and payments, and finally adjust texts and images. Doing it the other way round usually means redoing pages.
