About LarisDigital WordPress Theme
One store in dollars and another in rupiah: LarisDigital separates the two markets
Selling fonts, eBooks, videos, graphics, courses or software often starts with a nice theme and ends with a checkout the buyer doesn't recognize. A customer in the United States looks for PayPal or a card; one in Indonesia expects a bank transfer and the usual local gateways. If the store doesn't speak their payment language, the cart is left half full.
LarisDigital is a classic (PHP-based) theme designed for digital product stores, with different configurations depending on the market. The USD with WooCommerce one accepts PayPal Smart Payment Buttons (compatible with Indonesian sellers), Stripe for accounts abroad and other gateways. The IDR with WooCommerce one relies on bank transfer and on the Indonesian gateways available for WooCommerce.
LarisDigital ships with what are usually separate plugins
With WooCommerce, the theme includes two packages as built-in features, LarisTurbo and LarisFont, plus WhatsApp and tracking tools. You don't need to install them separately.
- To sell more: sales notifications, trust indicators, wishlist, sale countdown timer, stock progress bar, variation swatches, marketplace buttons, sticky mobile call-to-action button, sticky footer menu, Ajax add to cart, infinite scroll, digital product checkout, unique code fee and a thank-you page optimizer.
- To sell fonts: font tester, variation descriptions, attributes and the font EULA as a PDF.
- WhatsApp: buy button, checkout redirect, order follow-up and payment confirmation buttons, and a simple number rotator.
- Tracking: Meta Pixel with Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversions, basic on-page SEO, Open Graph and custom header and footer scripts.
It works with the block editor, the classic editor (via its plugin) and Elementor, and includes 20 Elementor templates as a bonus. Settings are managed from the theme panel and the Customizer, with its own options for the layout of WooCommerce pages.
Only WooCommerce is stable; EDD, FluentCart, TutorLMS and Storefront are still in beta
The other integrations are still being developed to match the features of the WooCommerce version. These are the options:
- Easy Digital Downloads (USD): the shop and product page look the same as with WooCommerce, with a simpler checkout.
- FluentCart (USD): a lighter, newer alternative to WooCommerce, already usable for selling in the international market.
- Storefront: just the storefront, without installing WooCommerce or EDD. The buy button leads to an external link (third-party checkout, affiliates, marketplace). There is an IDR variant whose button goes straight to the Sejoli checkout.
- TutorLMS: for Udemy-style courses, with its built-in monetization (PayPal or manual transfer), with WooCommerce if you need more currencies and gateways, or with Sejoli if you want an affiliate system in Indonesia.
Sejoli is not included: the theme only integrates with it, and you need to get that plugin yourself.
Should you go with WooCommerce now, or wait for a lighter alternative?
If you need a complete store today, WooCommerce is the option with all the features. The beta integrations make sense if your case is very specific (courses with TutorLMS, affiliates with Sejoli, a storefront without its own checkout), accepting that something may be missing compared to WooCommerce. Check in the demo of your variant that it has what you expect.
Can I sell without installing WooCommerce?
Yes: with Storefront (a storefront with buttons to external links), with Easy Digital Downloads, with FluentCart or with TutorLMS for courses. All of those options are in beta.
Do I need separate plugins for sales notifications or the font tester?
No. They come as theme features and are designed for WooCommerce.
Can I use it to sell online courses?
Yes, through TutorLMS, on its own, with WooCommerce or with Sejoli. All three combinations are in beta.
Can I use it on a site that already has another theme?
No: it is a complete theme. For another theme there is a plugin version sold separately.
