Listihub puts the weight on those who publish, not those who browse
Building a directory often fails on a side the demo does not show: not the design, but the fact that nobody publishes. Without listings there are no visitors, and without visitors nobody wants to pay to be listed. Listihub, a directory and listing theme created by e-plugins, spreads its effort accordingly: sign-up forms, payment plans and a dedicated dashboard for each user.
The visual base is Elementor, with more than 20 custom widgets, on top of Bootstrap 5. It includes typography options with the Google Fonts library, a one-click demo importer and a child theme so you can edit templates without losing changes.
Custom fields so Listihub fits your sector
The form builder and the field builder work by dragging and sorting, and fields can be assigned by category. It is the piece that decides whether the directory suits your needs: a restaurant, a rental and a workshop ask for very different data.
- Multiple locations, categories and tags to organize the listings.
- Maps: OpenStreetMap and Google Map, with an Elementor widget and a Gutenberg block.
- CSV importer to load listings you already have in a spreadsheet.
- PDF maker, more than 10 grid or list archive layouts and at least two listing detail pages.
Memberships, payments and dashboard: Listihub's business is in the plans
This is where the money is. You can offer a free account, one-time payment, recurring payment, free trial, paid trial or variable-price packages, and display them with pricing tables. Each package can create a different user role, and publishers can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from their account.
- Payments: PayPal (Express Checkout), Stripe synchronized with its plans and WooCommerce payment gateways.
- Coupons for sign-up or per package, with a usage limit and an expiry date.
- Front-end dashboard: management of listings, messages, notifications, saved listings and authors, profile with banner photo and password change.
- Ready-made emails: welcome, forgotten password, order, listing notification, subscription reminder and an automatic reply for the contact form.
Listihub or a dedicated real estate theme: the core decision
Listihub is a generic directory theme, not a closed real estate portal. If you use it for properties, you create the sector-specific fields (bedrooms, square metres, type of deal) yourself with the builder. Also, layout depends on Elementor: if you work with another editor, you will lose its widgets.
Do the demo images come with it?
No. The demo images are not in the download file, so you will have to add your own.
Can I run the directory in several languages?
It is compatible with WPML, GTranslate, Loco and Polylang. Translating the content is up to you.
Can I load listings I already have?
Yes, with the CSV importer. Prepare the columns carefully and test with a few listings before loading them all.
Does it have user reviews?
Check in the demo whether the listing page includes ratings or comments before deciding, especially if your sector depends on them.
