What the customer says is not what the customer sees
A customer writes "I can't pay" or "my account looks odd", and you test from your admin and everything works. Solving issues on a site with user accounts often comes down to that: guessing from vague descriptions, cropped screenshots or, worse, asking for passwords by email.
An administrator sees the site with different permissions, menus and data than a regular user. Login as customer or user PRO targets exactly that gap: you enter as that user with one click, without knowing their password, and see the same thing they do.
A button in the users list, the profile and the orders
- Users list: next to each name there is a button to log in as that person.
- User profile: the same button sits at the top of their profile page.
- WooCommerce orders: the button appears next to each customer in the orders list and also in each order's details, so you can review their problem from their side.
You can move from one account to another without logging out by hand, which helps when you compare how one user sees the site versus another. Setup is minimal: you activate the plugin and choose who can see the button and on which screens it appears.

A WooCommerce store with customers who write to support
You open the order in question, press the button and you are in the account of the person complaining. You can check what they see in their customer area and reproduce the error instead of asking for more screenshots. No more email back-and-forth to work out which screen they have in front of them.
Anyone who maintains other people's sites
If you manage client sites with private areas, you need to verify that each user finds what belongs to them. Logging in with their account shows you whether the menu, the dashboard and the content are the right ones, without bothering them.
Anyone who designs or adjusts the account area
Reviewing user dashboards, layouts and flows from the real account is more reliable than imagining them from the admin. You switch accounts, look, fix and look again.
Questions before installing it
Do I need to know the user's password? No. You enter from the button, without it.
Do I have to log out to switch accounts? No: you move from one account to another without logging out manually.
Can I decide who sees the button? Yes. In the options you choose who can see it and where it is shown.
Does it work without WooCommerce? Yes for the users list and the profile. The button on orders needs WooCommerce.
The orders button only exists with WooCommerce
If your site does not sell with WooCommerce, you will have access from users and profiles, but not the shortcut from orders. The plugin puts you inside the account; it does not replace a methodical review or a testing environment.
Logging in as a customer means seeing their personal data. Limit the button to whoever really needs it to handle issues.
