What it does not do

It does not handle online appointments or bookings, session payments or video consultations. For that you will need another plugin or an external service. The Cost Calculator produces quotes, it does not schedule anything. WooCommerce is listed as compatible, but a shop and a theme are different things: if you sell books or courses, you will have to set that up separately. Also, Bold Builder belongs to this theme: if you switch themes someday, content laid out with it may lose its formatting.
