About Manufax - Construction WordPress Elementor Theme
When the client asks: «have you built anything like mine?»
Many construction companies have a website that promises quality and deadlines, just like their competitors'. Someone commissioning a building can't test the result before signing, so they look for the closest proof: finished buildings similar to theirs. Manufax is built around that question.
It is a theme designed for construction companies, and its structure of services and projects can also suit an architecture studio or a real estate agency.
Projects by building type, not by date
The demo groups the work into categories: commercial, cultural and leisure, technology and data, educational, government and military, healthcare, industrial, and warehouses and logistics. Each one has a short text and a link to view projects. A hospital and a logistics warehouse raise different worries, and letting each buyer find their case in one click shortens the doubt. If you only do housing or renovations, replace those categories with your own.
Manufax on the homepage: from headline to services
The homepage opens with a slider of three messages, each with a button to recent projects. Below come the services, the company history with its «read more» link, the project categories, the news and a values block. At the top there is a bar with address, phone numbers and social networks. The menu is short: home, about, services, projects, blog and contact.
The demo's services are written as phases of a building project, which is the useful part to copy:
- BIM modeling (the project represented in 3D).
- Construction services.
- Pre-construction: planning before work begins.
- Design-build with a single contractor.
- Construction management.
- General contracting.
Whoever commissions a large project usually decides with several people (management, finance, technical staff), and each one looks for something different. That is why each service should explain in a few lines what happens and what the client decides in that phase.
The blog as a site logbook
The demo's news items are project cases: a hospital designed for the future, a warehouse in another state, a hotel complex. They are not generic articles, and that is the approach to follow. Explaining what was difficult about a project and how it was solved shows how you work better than any sentence about values.
Online quotes need a separate plugin
Manufax gives you the storefront. The operational side depends on what you add yourself.
- Already solved by the theme: homepage with slider, services block, projects by category, company history, blog, top contact bar and footer.
- With another plugin: a quote request form with its own fields (type of project, surface area, deadline), if the contact form isn't enough for you.
- By hand: real photos and texts of your projects. The demo's address, phone numbers, email and years of experience are placeholders.
- With a professional: local SEO, legal notices, cookie policy and translation if you work in several languages.
If you need a property listing with filters or a private client area, approach it with a specific plugin.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work for architecture or real estate?
The structure of services, projects and news fits. If your business needs property listings with a search tool, add a plugin designed for that.
Can I change the project categories?
They are sample content: replace them with the types of work you actually do.
Is the demo data real?
No. The demo's address, phone numbers, email and figures are samples, and you must replace them with your company's before publishing.
