For stores whose photos can hold up against an almost empty background
A minimalist theme has a catch: once the decoration is gone, the product photo stands alone and any mediocre image looks twice as bad. Miniture is designed for fashion, furniture and decor, stores with large catalogs, and also for portfolios or blogs of photographers, designers, architects and freelancers.
It suits you if you already have careful photography and want the design to step aside. It is a poor choice if your images come from suppliers, with mismatched backgrounds and sizes, or if you expect the theme to solve on its own selling needs that WooCommerce does not cover out of the box, such as subscriptions or multiple vendors: for that you will need separate plugins. And without WooCommerce installed, Miniture is just a pretty storefront with no cart.
Elementor and Live Customizer: what you touch where
The theme relies on two tools: Elementor to lay out pages and the Live Customizer for general options. It includes a one-click demo importer and the demo files, so you start from a store that is already built and adapt it instead of starting from scratch.
- Typography and color: more than 600 Google Fonts, advanced typography options and unlimited colors.
- Page building blocks: testimonials, icon and image boxes, accordion, toggle, team in grid or carousel, video, dividers, portfolio and masonry galleries.
- Settings backup: you can import and export the theme options.
Miniture's product page: color swatches, quick view and wishlist
This is what a fashion or furniture store appreciates most, where customers hesitate between finishes. The theme brings color, image and gallery swatches for variants, custom product labels, quick view, an Ajax mini cart, wishlist integration and a shop that loads with Ajax. It also adds widgets to filter by WooCommerce attributes, color included.
Note: the theme displays those swatches, but it does not invent them. You have to set up attributes and variations properly in WooCommerce for them to appear.
Large catalogs: mega menu, search and progressive loading
If you have many categories, the mega menu and the sticky menu keep customers from getting lost as they scroll. There is an advanced search page, an Ajax load more products button and a Packery layout. The design is responsive and ready for retina screens. It is also SEO optimized and compatible with Yoast SEO and Jetpack, but that helps, it does not replace good product pages.
Languages, forms and other pieces already included
Miniture is ready for WPML and for translation, and it supports Contact Form 7; both plugins are installed separately. It does include Revolution Slider, a child theme and a customizable 404 page, and it is Gutenberg ready.

Do I need Elementor?
Elementor is the builder it is designed around, and it is also compatible with Elementor Pro. It is also Gutenberg ready, but if you want to reproduce the demo as it is, working with Elementor is the logical way.
Is it useful for anything other than a store?
Yes. It is multipurpose, with portfolio and blog.
Can I run the store in several languages?
It is ready for WPML, but you need to install that plugin and translate the content yourself.
Can I modify it without breaking anything?
It includes a child theme, which is the recommended way to touch code or templates without losing your changes.
