About Ninja Tables Pro
A hand-pasted table starts aging the day you publish it
Publishing data in WordPress usually ends the same way: you copy a spreadsheet, paste it into a page, and two weeks later the prices, schedules or results no longer match the original. Nobody remembers to update the copy, and visitors trust what they see. The problem is rarely drawing the table, but keeping it alive.
Ninja Tables Pro is built for anyone who already has their data somewhere else (a spreadsheet, a store, their own posts) and needs to display it in an orderly way without redoing the work every time: small shops, agencies, developers and marketers.
Ninja Tables Pro connects the table to the source of the data
This is what sets it apart from pasting HTML by hand:
- Google Sheets: the table syncs with the sheet, so you edit in the sheet and the site reflects the change without logging into WordPress.
- Products: tables built from WooCommerce or FluentCart to present the catalog in an orderly way.
- WordPress posts: listings built from your own posts.
- ACF and Fluent Forms: ACF field mapping and Fluent Forms integration.
- Import and export: you upload a file, edit it and export it again. If you are coming from TablePress, there is one-click migration.
Design and formatting without writing code
The editor works by dragging and dropping, with dynamic elements inside the cells. You can start from ready-made templates (pricing, comparisons), merge and split cells, and change colors, backgrounds, text, and rows or columns.
For long tables there are tools that help the reader: custom filters, conditional formatting (highlighting a cell based on its value), images that open in a lightbox, and stackable tables. You can also decide how the table rearranges itself on small screens, which is where tables break most often. If the visual options fall short, it accepts your own CSS and JS.
Store tables need WooCommerce or FluentCart
Ninja Tables Pro displays data; it does not generate it or keep it up to date for you. Here is the split:
- Already solved: laying out the table, filtering it, styling it and adapting it to mobile.
- Already solved: bringing in data from Google Sheets, WordPress posts or imported files.
- You cover it: the data itself. If the sheet is messy, the table will be messy.
- You cover it with another plugin: product tables only make sense if you already have WooCommerce or FluentCart installed, and the form integration requires Fluent Forms.
- You cover it: checking how each table reads on mobile before publishing it, especially if it has many columns.
Questions before installing Ninja Tables Pro
Do I need to know how to code?
Not for the usual work: the editor is visual and the templates serve as a starting point. Code (CSS or JS) is left for fine adjustments.
Can I update the table without logging into WordPress?
Yes, if you connect it to a Google Sheets sheet: you edit in the sheet and the table syncs.
Does it slow the site down with large tables?
It is designed as a lightweight plugin, but it is worth testing with your real data and checking the demo before building very long listings.
Does it work if I am coming from TablePress?
Yes: it includes one-click migration from TablePress, although you should review how each migrated table looks afterwards.
