Someone has just decided to buy and, right there, many stores tell them nothing useful: a small notice that is easy to miss, or a jump to another page that breaks the flow. That moment is the best one to offer something: go to the cart, keep shopping or see a shipping condition you want to highlight.
OceanWP Woo Popup is a simple extension with a single mission: it opens a popup window when the customer clicks the Add to Cart button on your products, and you decide what it contains.
From design to click: how to set up the popup with OceanWP Woo Popup
Imagine a coffee shop that wants customers to see a message with two clear exits after adding a bag. This is what the process would look like.
Step 1: create the message outside the plugin
The popup displays an Elementor template or, if you use another page builder, a page. There you build the text, the buttons and the images. The design work is yours: the extension does not generate offers or recommendations on its own.
Step 2: choose which template fills the window
You select the template or the page and it becomes the content of the popup. If you work with a builder other than Elementor, the message will be one more page on your site, so give it a title you will recognize at a glance.
Step 3: adjust size and shape
You can define width, height, inner padding and border radius. Check the result on your phone: a poorly chosen height can cover the buttons you want people to click.
Step 4: reorder, change texts and set your colors
The popup elements can be shown, hidden and rearranged, the texts are replaced from the customizer and you pick the colors. That way the window looks like your store and not like a generic notice.

- Do I need Elementor? No. With Elementor you choose a template; with another page builder, you use a page.
- Does it cross-sell on its own? No. It displays the content you have designed in the template or the page.
- Can I change the texts? Yes, from the WordPress customizer.
