About Pixel Manager for WooCommerce (Premium)

The sales that did happen and your ad platform never saw

It is the silent problem of any shop running advertising. Traditional tracking works with code in the visitor's browser, and that code gets lost along the way: ad blockers, modern browser restrictions, tabs closed before it loads, and the visitor who declines cookies.

The result is that purchases that genuinely happened never reach Google or Meta. And since those platforms optimise campaigns on the data they receive, you lose more than visibility: you lose performance, because the system learns from incomplete information.

What this plugin does

  • Tracks the whole journey: product view, add to cart, checkout start and purchase.
  • Sends the data to several platforms at once, without duplicating the installation.
  • Enhanced ecommerce for Google Analytics 4 and dynamic remarketing for Google Ads.
  • Prevents orders being counted twice, which is what throws reports out.
  • Measures interactions: scrolling, phone clicks and link clicks.

The free version covers Google Ads, Analytics 4, Meta and Hotjar. The paid one adds Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn and a good many more.

Server-side tracking

It is the feature that justifies the paid version. Rather than the visitor's browser notifying the platform, your server notifies it directly. That sidesteps blockers and browser restrictions, and recovers a considerable share of the conversions previously lost.

And here is the warning almost nobody gives: sending the data from the server does not exempt you from consent. If the visitor declined advertising tracking, you cannot send their purchase round the back either. Server-side tracking solves a technical problem, not a legal one.

What the plugin does solve legally is the other half: it integrates with the main consent platforms and supports Google's consent mode with region-specific defaults. Configured properly, you measure whoever accepted and do not measure whoever did not, which is exactly what has to happen.

Requirements

It needs WooCommerce. Server-side tracking also requires credentials for each platform, and consent handling requires one of the supported cookie managers.

How to start

One. Set up a single platform first, the one you spend most advertising with, and check the numbers agree with WooCommerce's.

Two. Make a real test purchase and follow the trail through to the platform's dashboard. It is the only way of knowing it works.

Three. Configure consent before enabling anything else. Measuring without permission is a bigger problem than not measuring.

Four. When you add server-side tracking, compare a week of data against the previous one. If the difference does not appear, something is misconfigured.

Alternatives in the catalogue

The sector's other known option is PixelYourSite, covering similar ground with more years behind it. Worth comparing both on the specific platforms you use, because that is where they differ.

And once the data is right, the next piece is doing something with it: FunnelKit Automations builds the sequences that recover whoever did not buy, and CartBounty deals specifically with abandoned carts. Measuring without acting afterwards is spending money on reports.

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms does it support?
Google Ads, Analytics 4, Meta and Hotjar in the free version, and in the paid one Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn and more.

What is server-side tracking?
Sending the conversion from your server rather than the browser, which sidesteps blockers and recovers lost conversions.

Does it exempt me from consent?
No. If the visitor declined tracking, it cannot be sent from the server either.

Does it work with my cookie manager?
It integrates with most of the common ones and supports Google's consent mode.

Does it prevent an order being counted twice?
Yes, it has duplicate control, which is what throws reports out when missing.

Do I need credentials for each platform?
For server-side tracking yes, each platform asks for its own.
