About Product Variations Table for WooCommerce
When the dropdown hides what you sell
A T-shirt in six sizes and four colors is easy to handle with two dropdowns. A product with dozens of sizes or finishes is not: the customer opens the selector, tries combinations and never sees the whole range. People who buy from a catalog (the wholesaler, the professional restocking supplies) think in lists, not in steps, and a selector forces them to buy line by line with no way to compare.
Product Variations Table for WooCommerce replaces that selector with a table or a list on the product page, showing every variation at a glance with the purchase right next to each one.
Columns your way and real-time search
You choose which columns appear and in what order: checkbox, thumbnail, variation title, short description, SKU, price, inventory, length, weight, height, quantity and add to cart button. A technical buyer appreciates the SKU and the measurements; a fashion buyer, the thumbnail and the price. Fewer columns, cleaner table.
- Ajax search: a search bar filters the variations as the customer types a name or an attribute, without reloading the page.
- Bulk add to cart: the customer ticks several variations, sets quantities and sends them to the cart at once.
- Print, copy or export: buttons for Print, Copy, CSV, Excel and PDF, useful for anyone who needs to review the list offline.
Where and to whom you show the table
You can enable it only for certain products, categories or user roles, so the general public keeps seeing the usual selector while the distributor sees the table. There is a table view and a list view, a light or dark theme, and your own colors for text, background and buttons.
The position is configurable (before or after the product summary) and, if you use Elementor or Divi, a shortcode lets you place it wherever you want without coding. There is also pagination to limit how many variations appear per page, a pop-up Added to cart message and a responsive design for mobile. It works with HPOS and on multisite, and it is built for themes such as Storefront, Avada, Flatsome, Woodmart, Porto and Divi.
It does not create variations or touch your prices: you prepare those
- Already solved: showing variations in a table or list, searching, ordering columns, buying in bulk and exporting the list.
- You prepare it: the variations and attributes, which must already be created in WooCommerce. The table displays them, it does not generate them.
- You prepare it: the prices. The column shows the price each variation already has; if you need volume or role-based pricing, you will have to handle it with another tool.
- With another plugin: letting customers choose how many products to see per page in the catalog is done with WooCommerce Number of Products per Page, not with this table.
If your product has few variations, the table adds little: its value is in long catalogs.
Questions from stores with a long variation catalog
Can I enable it only on some products?
Yes. It can be limited to specific products, categories or user roles.
Can I hide the original selector?
Yes, the table replaces the default variation dropdown.
Does it look good on mobile?
The design is responsive. With many columns enabled, check in the demo how it looks on small screens and keep only the essential ones.
Does it work for stores with many variations per product?
Yes: pagination limits how many are shown per page and search helps find a specific one.
