If you charge per session and your calendar depends on who dares to call
People looking for a psychologist or a coach rarely decide in one visit. They compare, come back days later, and need three answers before writing to anyone: does this person deal with my problem, how much is a session, and can I do it online? If the site doesn't answer at a glance, the call never comes. That is the logic behind this kit.
It suits you if you work with individual sessions (single clients, couples or companies) and want a site whose structure is already designed for that. It doesn't suit you if you need a booking system with a synced calendar, payments or reminders: the kit includes a booking form, not an appointment manager. It is also not a theme: these are Elementor templates.
Psycoach: a home page that answers before the first call
The home page opens with a personal-change headline, an invitation to a free consultation and a clearly visible phone number. Below, four blocks of work areas (career and business, mental and physical care, wellbeing, relationships) so each visitor recognises themselves in one. Then come a personal introduction with progress bars per specialty, a video, testimonials and a welcome block signed by a professional.
All the demo text is filler. The structure is what matters: first the person's problem, then who you are, then social proof, and finally the price.
Three kinds of session and a form that asks for a date
The rates section separates three profiles: individual, couples and business. That is a good idea for your business, because someone arriving for couples therapy is not looking for the same thing as an executive, and seeing them apart removes doubts. Each card states the pay-per-session model, the option to extend the session to two hours and the online option.
Next to the rates there is a form with these fields:
- full name
- phone number
- booking type (individual, couples or business)
- preferred date
You receive a request, not a confirmed appointment: you choose the time and reply. If you want automatic booking, you will need a separate appointment plugin.
Pages for people who hesitate and come back later
The kit includes Home, Services, About, Blog, Contacts, Testimonials, Portfolio, FAQ and a 404 page. The blog, with recent-article cards, helps you show up in searches like "how to help someone change". There is also a footer with links to topics (grief, self-esteem, family, relationships, old age) and a newsletter signup.
What to change before publishing Psycoach
The demo testimonials carry invented names and cities: replace them with real opinions or remove them, never leave them. The form collects a phone number and the reason for the consultation, which are sensitive data; check how you store them and what you tell the user. The contact details and footer categories are examples, and the menu topics (grief, old age, children) should stay only if you actually work with them.

Change the text and don't use titles you don't hold.
